Lovely host, felt welcome straight away, exceptionally clean throughout, excellent breakfast and nothing was too much trouble, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and wouldn't hesitate to book again when we visit Airdrie again

Private off road parking.

One of twin beds next to a door and door knob was in the way. No hot water in bathroom. Access to toilet very limited due to wash hand basin. The cooked breakfast was of poor quality and bland. We had to ask for jam as none available to help yourself.

I was disappointed not to have a cooked breakfast however I admit perhaps I mis understood the description of breakfast before I booked Also, I found the room a little noisy due to outside traffic, although I understand that this is out of the owners control

The warmth and cosiness of the entrance and rooms. Very warm, clean spacious rooms. Owner went out of her and above her normal routine to allow a longer check out time to accommodate myself. Easy off street parking. No hassle with booking and having a key to get back in. Went out of her way for her continental breakfast ‘homemade fruit salad was out of this world! Yummy!

Owner had a bug so no cooked breakfast but I had a delicious continental breakfast.

+ very comfortable and cozy. Clean like a 5* hotel but feels more like home thanks to the lovely decor. Comfy bed. There was even a full-size hairdryer in the room, which was a pleasant surprise. + great location - 5min walk from Morrisons, 15min from - I guess - the centre with all the shops, restaurants etc. + parking on site. + absolutely fantastic breakfast cooked just for you by the lovely owner! Felt truly like home :) + We absolutely loved our stay there and will definitely come back if we're in the area.
