Clean, well furnished, nicely decorated. Kitchen was well equipped; cleaning products provided. Comfortable bed with thick duvet and plenty of pillows. Warm welcome from William on arrival and very attentive to any queries throughout the stay. Top marks.

This apartment has stunning views across the town. The apartment itself was clean, well serviced and is in a nice area. The owner William was very polite, showed us round and explained what we needed to know. He is easily contactable and responds quickly. Great few nights!

The only blight on the apartment is the three flights of stairs, as we were working on a new development it would have been a pain if the tools had to be brought up to the apartment. Perhaps if it stated the accessibility I might not have chosen this, BUT only because of the tools situation.

Wonderful place to stay. Very spacious and comfortable. Well equipped kitchen with a washing machine. Quiet location. Close to a local pub/restaurant. Very gracious host.

We had some delay getting the keys because I did not have access to email. Be sure to arrange getting the keys ahead of time.

It was a real home away from home. My family loved it so much❤ We travelled from Bath to Scotland for my Birthday Celebration and we had an amazing time filled with Treasured Memories 💯💖

The stairs

The view was nice,found it peaceful..nice fresh linen on beds,towels provided all clean,as was the whole apartment.Very helpful,polite efficient owner.Good base to visit many of Scotland's attractions being between Glasgow and Edinburgh

I was aware the property was on the 3rd floor when booking,which may deter some as approx.51 steps up!! The tv,we were shown,had to have a knack to it to switch on,which my children were not happy with.This would be my only personal gripe

Great location, close to supermarkets and motorways. Ideal for the purpose of our visit. Good communication with the owner to arrange access, collecting keys etc.

Flat is on the 3rd floor, but don't think this was mentioned until after we had booked, there's no lift so that's a lot of stairs and doesn't suit a lot of people. There were no extra towels or bedding. Would have been useful to have extras for use on the sofa bed.

The view out of the window and the positive vibe on the estate. Good quality facilities in bathrooms and kitchen. Easy access to Glasgow and surrounding areas by car.

Up 3 flights of stairs without a lift but we needed the exercise!

We couldn’t have asked for a better stay, lovely apartment with beautiful views. Apartment is located close to all essential shops and not far from Glasgow/Edinburgh. Definitely worth the stomp up the stairs! Free WiFi, tea & coffee & linen provided. Would 1000% reccomend & will definitely be rebooking for next year, thank you for being so accommodating. Our family have really enjoyed our stay!

Not that it’s a huge problem but more a recommendation, in the summer swap the bedroom blinds for darker ones.

The owner was always in touch and couldn't help you enough all through stay... Even afterwards we'd left items and he text to tell us and that he would send them on to us... Excellent service

Could of had better variety of glasses, I would have liked to have a TV in the bedroom.

Excellent views . Well maintained block of flats. Everything we needed supplied & owner close by to resolve any issues. Definitely recommend.
