Staff working in restaurant, rude staff at breakfast, mocking and discusting comments

It was clean, the bed was comfortable. the breakfast was ok.

Heating didn’t work. By the morning the room was freezing cold. I was too tired at 2 am to report it as it was an urgent business trip and I was dead tired.

Hotel front dest staff were helpful and professional. Cleaners were also helpful and friendly.

Breakfast staff were OK but could do with a bit of smile on their faces which would make a difference. I understand they are busy and under a lot of pressure. But a bit of a smile could help. Drainage outside hotel need to be sorted out. My car almost broke down after driving through deep flood outside the hotel

Arrived at about 11.30pm - in many hotels you would have to ring for the night porter but the door was open and there were two staff on reception. Room was fine for a one night stay - comfortable bed and decent shower. Despite being a stone's throw from the M6, the traffic was only just audible. Excellent breakfast - friendly staff in restaurant.

Car park was full when we arrived, but we found a space near the adjacent football stadium.

Great location , good room , air con worked well , clean good bathroom

Breakfast were as expected

The timing for breakfast and checking out was not as stayed as on the website. This needed to be accurate so that people don’t have to be rushed.

Amazing facilities, very clean room, super shower, sheets changed midway through stay with new towels (without asking)
