Gérants aux petits soins pour les hôtes, très bon petit déjeuner et parking public sous la place à 10 m de l'hôtel.
L'hôtel est situé à proximité immédiate du centre historique d'Albi.

L’emplacement est idéal pour visiter Vannes, le resto juste à la sortie de l’hôtel est très sympathique. La chambre est spacieuse.
Un peu bruyant le matin car nous étions la dernière chambre avant les escaliers et nous entendions les valises dans les escaliers

Расположение отеля очень удобное, особенно когда путешествуешь на автомобиле. Выход из подземной парковки прямо на площадь перед отелем. Хозяева - очень приятные люди, гостеприимные и готовые помочь. Завтрак нужно заказывать заранее, свежие круассаны, горячий шоколад, сыры, фрукты и фруктовые соки. Вкусно и вполне достаточно.
Звукоизоляция никакая, слышно все, что говорят в соседних номерах и когда шагают в коридоре. Окно закрыто ставнями, заколоченными деревянной доской. Номер просторный, но без дополнительных удобств. Нет сейфа, тапочек, даже бутылок с питьевой водой. 1,5-Литровая продается в вестибюле за 2 евро. О чайнике и пакетиках с чаем говорить не приходится. Санузел раздельный, и в туалете нет раковины, чтобы помыть руки.

the staff were very helpful… we don’t have great French but they ensured they looked after us. helpful printing documents we needed, searching for a lost ring… they were considerate and caring.

Good location , Didn't take breakfast and ate on the square in front at a boulangerie . We were staying for 2 nights on a touring holiday so wanted some where with secure parking and weren't looking for a luxury hotel so a basic ensuite room was what we needed.
The floor boards in our room creaked . The sat nav took us to the Vigan underground car park across the main road from the hotel which was furthered confused by the brown Hotel Vigan sign pointing down at the entrance to the car park. The access to the hotel car park is actually behind the hotel and is accessed by finding your way around the one way system.

Brilliant location, a/c worked wonders in the room during the hot spell. But mostly the staff were fantastic, so friendly, helpful and welcoming. We couldn’t have wished for better service x

Underground car parking adjacent and reduced rates available for hotel customers. Hotel location could not be more convenient for sight-seeing, restaurants etc. Excellent breakfast and value for money. Would certainly recommend.

Very helpful and friendly hosts -- the hotel's best feature! Breakfast exceeded our expectations. Location is PERFECT for exploring this wonderful town.
Hard to find by car -- just park in the underground Vigan Parking Lot -- we drove all over the place trying to get to the front or back door, which is impossible. Once you know, then it is easy to find!
Room is pretty basic, sparce & sober, although perfectly clean.

The location was great but the hotel itself was not the standard that we expected for the price we paid. We have been travelling around the same region for a week and this was well below all the other places we stayed for the same price.
