Perfect location, amazing villa, pet friendly, nice stuff. Restaurant with tasty food. Perfect for families. We enjoyed our vacation a lot and will come back again.

Great location, facilities exceed the price so great value for money, the perfect place to come and chill out and use as a base to explore Samui.

No foodpanda, but little that can be done about that. be prepared to go and find your own food after 6pm when the hotel bar closes.

the location of the villa is just incredible right on the beach. we fell asleep to the sound of the waves lapping against the shore which was just beautiful. Jana as a host was incredibly welcoming and accommodating and was always on hand for advice about things to do and places to see. the food at the on-site restaurant was very tasty and reasonably priced. the villa is located in a quiet residential area which really suited us as it meant we had the beach all to ourselves but access to a car when we wanted to visit other areas on the island (which were all very easy to get to) All in all it was just perfect!!

Laemsor Residence is a lovely place to stay. The location is nice and quiet, with a wonderful view on the beach. We stayed in one of the three houses, sharing the pool with the other two houses. The owners are really attentive and helpful.

First of all i would like to give special thanks to Jana. She is an amazing woman and a wonderful host! She organize everything for us, transfer from the aeroport , moving and visiting around and even grocery shopping . She and her family have this restaurant next to the house that was great. She organize a New Eve Dinner that was amazing! Now the villa- I absolutely adore it! The bedrooms up stair are so big, and the beds were very comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed. Not to say that the beach is just in front...with perfect sand! The view from the master bedroom was outstanding, over the pool and the sea...I took great pictures of the sunrise right from the room😍 The pool was great! The water was so warm and clean- a man came to clean it every day. My daughter loved to play in the pool. The villa was very clean and the lady who cleans came every day and gave us everything we needed, even fresh towels. I just want to say the everything was perfect and me and my family felt like we were in Paradise!

A bathroom in the bedrooms floor could be more than convenient

Well we chose this as the villa is on the beach front. I travelled with young boys (1 & 7) and they just loved the swimming pool attached to the villa. The host was very hospitable and they did whatever they could to make our stay comfortable. We ran into a problem during the last minute as our taxi guy came an hour late but the host was willing to arrange an alternate pick up should we require it. Thanks Martin.

The location was a bit far from the city. But the facility can arrange bikes and cars for rent. The ocean here is a bit rocky.

We were looking for a place that was quiet and away from the crowds, and this place was perfect!

Very minor issue, while the house was amazing and the furnishings beautiful, the furniture in the common area was not comfortable. Beautiful, but not comfortable to just sit and lounge or watch tv.
