la qualità favorevole di questo condominio è, anche se c'è una tonnellata
di azione in tutta la città, quando è il momento di un po 'di pace e
tranquillo, i condomini due camere da letto sono racchiusi all'interno. Le porte di entrambi
le camere da letto chiudono la vita in centro. Tuttavia, la stanza principale
offre ancora una vista sull'oceano, se si desidera mantenere le doppie porte
Aperto.

Very nice place to stay for vacations, close to everything in town, front of beach very nice view to enjoy the sunset, definitely reserve again.

It was okay a little far walk when you’re tried. Right next to beach but, dirty fridge had someone else food From before. Bedsheets had stains. Bed was also broken. Got yelled at from other apartment guest about only using the pool for an hour and not allowed to use the pool. I wouldn’t stay again!

Nice place and amazing location. Close to everything and within walking distance. My only complaint with the place was, we brought out little 11 month old which will touch everything and will find everything, so it seemed he was able to find every dusty area of the house 😅 so besides that everything else was amazing for this place.

Location was great, guards were friendly and helpful. Quiet place to rest near everything and host was very responsive and attentive! Love this place and I’m looking forward to rent for future trips to rosarito!

My time in Brigette's condo was great. She had good communication with me and answered all my questions before my trip. Location was perfect since we were off the beach and good walking distance to all the shops and places to get something to eat. The condos does have their rules and the guard make sure you follow them. We also met Brigette's house cleaner- Natasha who was so helpful and gave us tips on what to do since I shared with her that it was my first time in Rosario. And reminded me to give her or Brigette a call if I had any questions or concerns. Overall felt safe and welcomed. Would stay again

Great location for family fun
My family went down to Rosarito for a quick little getaway and enjoyed the condo. Right on the beach, with access to a pool for kids, jacuzzi for adults. Located downtown it was easy to get a quick bite but also cook our own meals in the kitchen. Thanks you.

Five night stay
Nice condo. Well maintained. Everything worked well including refrigerator, microwave, TV, etc. Great ocean view. Excellent 24 hour security.
If I had to complain about anything, it would be plumbing. The toilets don't flush very well so you have to make sure you don't "overload" them. It's best to do a couple of flushes with minimal toilet paper each time to make sure it flushes. The toilets don't always completely flush and I would use the plunger to help. Unfortunately, I think this is endemic to all of Mexico

Great Condo to stay!
Have booked this Conde twice allready. I love it! It's clean,has all kitchen amenities, Comfortable Beds, Security,Secured Parking, Very calm areas,access to the beach with private entrance, playground for the kids, kids pool, adult pool and Jacuzzy! I enjoyed my stay and will book again !

Ocean view and only thing if you want to used the kids pool take about 4 hours to heat pool and you have to let management know if not they won’t heat pools.

The owner and manager were great, great communication, beautiful condo and just great to stay at. I would have liked that the sheets and comforters were washed they had animal hair and I couldn’t use them, I used the other ones in the small bedroom that looked decent. Other than that everything was perfect, we loved our stay and will be coming back. Thank you!

Love the place! Everything was super nice, the only thing I think they can do to better is better cleaning ladyb to get the place ready for the next guest! ( clean the beds sheets and bathrooms ). I don’t think the sheets were clean).the good thing is that we brought our own towels and Sheets. But the location and place is beautiful.

Great Downtown Condo
First of all the property sits right in front of the Beach. GREAT View from the balcony. Greated by a security who watches the entire Complex.. so we felt very safe.. The Condo was nicely decorated and totally functional. The pools and Jacuzzi where clean. Theres community BBQ areas with Palapas.. This place is family friendly for sure! Our host was very friendly and communicated everything we needed for a fun trip.. thank you very much and we will be back soon...

Perfect
The location was perfect for my family and I. We enjoyed the beach as well as the pool area. Being able to walk right out on to the beach and ride horses was awsome! Walking distance to local stores was great. Close enough to everything but yet far enough to not be bothered by all the partying. Overall great location. Would stay here again.

I loved this place and location. The facilities were excellent: spacious rooms, clean bathrooms, big private Balcony. Perfect!
The shared areas were also awesome: nice swimming pool and Jacuzzi area with BBQ pits and clean Palapas and not pricey at all. In addition the guards were friendly and nice...I really felt welcome from minute 1 and I would for sure go back to this Condo!

Amazing view!
This place was recently remodeled. We were amazed as soon as we opened the door. The view from the balcony on the 5th floor was amazing. There was a lot of space in the living area. It had all the amenities needed. The place was quiet and everyone was very friendly. A short beach-walk to all the party places (Papas and Beer). Walkable distance to the main street which has lots of stores, things to look at, and restaurants. We had the best weekend ever, and will be looking into booking again in the future. Thank you so much for everything!
