테라스에서 보이는 일몰이 너무나 멋있었음. 바닷가가 보이거나 그러지는 않지만 앞에 뷰가 광장이어서 하늘을 보기 좋았고요. 독립문을 멀리서 볼 수 있는 장점이 훌륭했어요. 숙소도 깨끗하고 아주 좋았습니다.

The staff were excellent and the facilities were absolutely fine. Very comfortable bed and despite looking out on to trees, the balcony was great. Access was very secure as you needed a room card to access the lift. Very much like having your own apartment.

The location was in an area where the purchase of wine or beer was difficult due to cukltural beleifs. At the end of a night in The Old Port Area or city centre the walk back was a bit of a climb. Building work was going on in the area so there was some noise.

The staff is lovely, very kind and helpful. Smiley faces ready to assist you at all times. The room was nice and comfortable. Special thanks to the security lady who welcomed us upon our late arrival, the ladies at reception and the rest of the staff at breakfast who were very sweet and helpful.

The staff is amazing but the hotel has some not great policies: 1. cleaning the kitchenette and taking out the garbage. What is the point of booking a hotel room on your holidays when you have to do the cleaning yourself? 2. The hotel does not provide daily cleaning services and only some basic toiletries are provided upon arrival, which are not replenished and not enough for the entire stay.

The rooms were quite large and equipped with a little kitchen and a small balcony. The hotel itself is conveniently located close to the train station and within walking distance to the old port. Some rooms could do with a little renovation (a tile on the side of the bathtub was missing, the paint on the walls was stained and the towels could be renewed), but given the room rate the hotel is a good option for shorter stays that we would consider again next time.

Overall the rooms could be a little cleaner. To be fair, I am a little picky concerning cleanliness, but there were hair on the matress and on the bathroom walls and oily stains on the doors and the chair. Nothing catastrophic, but not very nice either.

Good bed.

Noise from outside, especially with strikes, meaning cleaning trucks at night (trash piling up). Kitchen with 1 big pan, no scissors (cannot travel on plane with scissors in hand luggage). No restaurants around.

Excellent for an overnight or short stay. Close to train station with a 24 hour reception. Quiet room. With delays and transport cancellations this was essential. Easy access and place to store luggage for a few hours the next day. Very friendly, polite staff.

Awesome room with microwave, mini kitchen, cooking range, utensils, dishwasher, fridge. Nevertheless I did not use it !! Clean Bathroom, tub was nice to have. Nice heating system with thermostat control. Fresh cut your own oranges, do your own orange juice , in the breakfast was a beauty !! Room price was very reasonable !! Thankyou for extending me 1 more day and giving me the same price.

Breakfast was not free, so, while it was a paid one , it should have had eggs for non meat eaters.

Room was very spacious with a proper sized kitchen, bathroom and balcony. The complementary tea was nice with the provided kettle and we could use the kitchen.

staff lacked a welcoming attitude, there were shoe prints on the ceiling from the previous guests who tried to smack mosquito’s away. Located in an area where i didn’t feel safe walking at night so i returned early before sundown each night.

I liked having a small kitchen, which was very clean. In the original bedroom we were allotted, the air conditioning was not working. When we mentioned this to reception they very quickly changed our room and we were much more comfortable. Very pleasant staff.
