Very good lake, very good place, super rooms and very comfortable beds, parking onsite... friendly staff who leave our key on reception for our late arrival...

Reception is not working 24h, view on lake from room was not direct it was on side of the balcony threw glass from neighbor balcony, there were no restaurant in our building, and we went in same hotel resort nearby where breakfast was perfect but most expensive we pay in Europe, and I cannot find this breakfast price in my saved bookings.

Good location and close to the lake

On arrival there was no reception at Residenz am See and no signs to say how to check in. I had to phone the number on the website to find that I had to walk to another hotel to fetch my key and check in. Check-in staff were unhelpful about where to wash clothes. The advertised WiFi did not work as the router could not get me an IP address. Signal also weak as I could not get it everywhere in the apartment. Children's amusement area in front of the apartment was noisy in the afternoon and early evening, which did not make for a peaceful time.

The own pier and beach is very cool.

The front desk people are sour, not helpful and completly unsuitable. I checked in local, the room was overpriced.

The Residence had an entrance to the lake platform across the road with a few daybeds and umbrellas available.

The ad on the website was misleading. Location of apartment was not the given address on the website and no assistance from the staff was provided to reach the apartment (which was over a kilometer away from the main hotel where one checks-in). The residence definitely needs some refurbishment, like the staircase, old carpet, etc. A baby bed blocked the narrow corridor and the automatic light didn’t work. Our stay was not as pleasant as we hoped to be.
