the hotel had an odor of marijuana, elevators were a bit creaky,

Elevator was sketchy, room smelled bad and the bedding was not clean breakfast buffet was mediocre.I am usually not fussy, but this place needs a complete overhaul and was way over priced.

The room was clean enough, and the beds were adequate.

Lots of things out of order. Jacuzzi drained. No working ice machines. Carpeting was old and frayed.

I requested an accessible room. the location was located at the end of a long hallway. the lock on the lock on the didn’t work correctly. the fan unit was very loud.

I did not stay, I was do uncomfortable I left.

Maybe having a proper heating system other than a space heater (witch it was not hrating the room). Also a heads up about remodelations being done would help also. No pool due to it, main reason we booked to use the pool while there.

The check in secretary is very rude.. 2 weeks in a row she is very rude..very disrespectful to me...and my boyfriend.. 1 week we were required to give a $50 incidental deposit, which we have never been asked before and we have stayed many nights.. the next week she didn't ask for any incidental... It depends how she feels obviously..I also requested when I booked the room to upgrade if available to the room with the Jacuzzi tub ...I mentioned it when I checked in..she didn't even look she said well that room would b more..which I understood and would pay.. I expected that.. then she just said no...don't have it..

it was a decent place staff was very nice. bed was comfortable.

IT can use updates. the ceilings. The bathrooms need sprucing up but it was clean and worth the lower price of other hotels.
