The room is spacious and reasonably tidy and clean. The shower is good with good water pressure and steady water temperature. Close to a supermarket and 2 convenient stores. About 5-10 minutes walk to the nearest metro station. Free machine coffee with some little snack provided in the catering area.

Will be good if an additional chair can be provided in the room. Lacking restaurants nearby. The window's view is not spectacular.

Location is the only good thing about this hotel.

Staffs were not helpful during checked in, asked for assistance with our luggage & strollers as we had 3 kids with us, only a junior staff came to help after we requested it, the others were just pretending to be busy. Same thing during checked out in the very early morning when there were no other guests to attend, 5 staffs at the reception were just standing there to watch us struggled to get all our luggage out from the lift, we did not bother to ask for help. They do not provide any hotel cart/ trolley. Coffee stains all over the wall, carpet is dirty and stained, all surface need a proper clean, room does not smell fresh. Bed size is relatively small for a suite, bedside table surface was oily for some reason, we basically had to clean all the surface before using it. We need to leave early to catch our flight, they had started to serve breakfast when we were leaving but we didn't have the luxury of time to dine in, so we asked for a few pieces of plain bread to take away with us for the kids to snack on on the way to the airport, however they made the process very difficult that they had to go thru 3 managers to get a YES or NO. Understood they have a policy to comply, they could simply say NO to us and we will be more than happy to leave with nothing but they made us feel very embarrassed as if we asked them to take away the whole spread of breakfast for us. Eventually they emphasized that they made an exception for us to take away a few pieces of bread. Greatly regret that we asked, we could have just buy it from the 7-11 next door, wish we thought of it earlier. For the price point, I highly regret choosing this K HOTEL TAIPEI CHANG AN. I rarely made mistake when choosing a hotel but this time I was wrong, felt sorry for my families and friends who need to put up with it, never again.

Loved the tasteful interior, bidets in the toilet, digital light mirror (so useful!) and the cleanliness of the room. The water heater up really fast, and the water pressure was great. Loved how toasty the toilet is in winter! Also liked that there was a free laundry room and 24h lounge to get drinks. Staff was also helpful and friendly.

No windows in the quadruple room. We knew this before we booked, and it wasn’t bad but the whole experience would be a lot better if there was some sort of natural lighting. The placement of the table and wardrobe was too close, a little bit difficult to access half of the wardrobe.

房間衛生真的很環境一般，我住四個晚上，四天都沒有打掃衛生，只是幫你執好被鋪，桌子上面的紙巾盒已經用完紙巾，也看不見也不會幫你補充，最尷尬還是沐浴間，去水太差啦，沖涼是水浸的，打開玻璃門，就像洪水一樣傾法而出，整個洗手間都是水⋯
