Very clean , staff very friendly

The hotel is above its class. Check-in process was fast, the room was above my expectations. The facilities (especially the SPA) are great. All the staff are doing their best. Restaurant was average (food - nothing spectacular, the waiting time a little too long, the prices - medium high). Check out was pretty slow - there was nobody at reception so I had to wait for about 10 minutes.

The price difference, for the same room, between booking.com and the price at reception was around 30% which is more than expected. On booking .com some rooms types are missing (like single room). The restaurant music can be disturbing especially for some rooms and in days when the restaurant is booked for weddings.

The room is warm ,clean and it had 2 balconies. Lovely. The bathroom very nice with walk -in shower.

The pool water was cold,but the sauna was great
