Very noisy especially for families with kids. One can hear talking, chair moving and TV through the walls and noise from the pool parties at the studio area. People are not very observant of being quiet after a certain time, so it can happen someone watches TV at 1:30am in the night, which happened to us. Rooms and dressers smell very moldy. Showers and several lights were broken, fridge door didn’t close so we had a latch attached which took a lot of effort to open each time. Toilet seat was broken. Shower head sprayed water all over. Pool hours were from 9:30am-12:30pm and from 3:30-7pm. One has to wear a bath cap which needs to be purchased. No toys are allowed in the pool and no jumping. Toilet paper, cleaning soap, rags for dish cleaning needs to be purchased. The elevator down to the beach costs 20 cents per ride. Beach has glass and other garbage laying around. Reception charged €100 refundable security deposit and €19.90 none-refundable as a community tax which wasn’t mentioned at the time of booking. Near the studios garbage was burned at 6am in the morning with rather toxic smells. There is one small laundry machine for all the apartments. Hard to find it available. Down at the beach is very loud entertainment during mid day- afternoon which is disturbing when one wants a quiet snorkeling or swimming around that time. It feels like one is swimming in a club. Overall it might be geared more towards the younger crowd.
