The dinner buffet was very bad and was over charged by the staff, I do not advise you to eat at the hotel. Very strange attitude by the staff and they try over charge you.

Staff are lovely. Easy check in. Room was big, bed was comfy. It was quiet in the room. Free parking outside. Kettle with tea and coffee

We were supposed to have a balcony and we got the impression it would have a table and a chair to sit outside. But unfortunately the balcony was just a place for the Aircon unit and no chair and table.

Good place to stay. Large beds and comfortable.

Stayed in room 611. Room really spacious, really liked the layout of the room with the lounge area as you go through the door. Room well designed. Great view of muscat and the mountain range from the windows. Everything in the hotel affordable. Breakfast good value for money at 4 rials. Room service very quick and speedy.

Toilet leaked occasionally during our stay and water occasionally leaked under the shower door. Mattress on bed was slightly hard too but if you slept on your side, you were fine.

Very friendly staff; beautiful, large room (we were upgraded to a suite at no additional cost), quiet, great king bed, nice breakfast buffet.

Location, everything is nearby. Supermarkets, restaurants, and tourist attractions. The staff was very polite and helpful, especially the receptionist.

Noisy air conditioner, we have to change the room due to poor air-conditioning and defective W/C. The hotel is very old and requires a lot of maintenance. The lobbies are clean but the room service is very poor. The breakfast menu is repeated every day.

Чисто, тихо, прекрасное месторасположение: рядом много ресторанов, но не шумно; просторный удобный номер, отзывчивый персонал.

Описание не совсем соответсвует доступному оснащению (например, по первому требованию принесли тапочки, а халатов не было), нужно уточнять. Чай и кофе (не упомянуты в описании), напротив, были и пополнялись.

It was far from the beach

The location is perfect, with easy access to many restaurants. It is a quiet neighborhood and at the same time close to the main highway which means you can access almost everywhere in a short time. The staffs are kind, friendly and helpful. The apartment suite is spacious and well-maintained, therefore, a very good choice for families. The beds are comfortable. The WiFi and the internet also work well. (We didn't have breakfast at the hotel's restaurant and we didn't have time to use the gym, so, no reviews about them)

The room service can be improved a bit by cleaning more thoroughly, especially the tiles and tables. However, we are not dissatisfied :) Also, the armchairs and sofa are getting a bit out-of-shape, so, they can be exchanged for newer ones.
