Perfect hotel for his price ! The best location you can ask for and very friendly staff. I have to mention there is no elevator but for me it's even better to do some exercise:) water pressure in the shower ( I was staying at the last floor ) was poor, no catle in the room to make a coffee in the morning and mini bar was noise but as I said before for 3 stars hotel it's amazing hotel and for sure I will try to come back

It was great! Excellent and helpful staff. This place is in the middle of the centre of the city. You don't have to go so far to reach a popular spot.

That they clean every 3 days not every day I asked to clean the room and they said that , I put money to see if they will take it and sadly they take it for us it’s not worth much but they took it that kind of bad

It's not my first stay at Royal street hotel and definitely will not be the last! 10/10 for the location. 10/10 for the staff and security guards , they are always nice and helpful. It's the only hotel in Ukraine where I feel safe leaving my belongings and money inside my room when I go out. Even the economy rooms are spacious. there is a minibar and a satellite TV with worldwide channels. Big window with a view on the the iconic Deribas street.

internet connection is very slow, it could be because of the war and the attacks on telecommunication infrastructure.

Very good location in the heart of Odessa. Great staff and comfortable room. Hope to be back in the future when the situation with the war is over. Slava Ukraini!

The place is in a grait position. The staff was really helpful, simpatic and absolutely professionals. I really enjoyed the stay in Royal Hotel. I highly reccomand it!!!

Good location; smack dab in the middle of all the action. Oodles of dining opportunities both excellent and sketchy, attentive staff, nice rooms with modern fixtures. Double-paned windows that help keep street noise on the street. Safe and secure.

Bathroom had no exhaust fan, so morning routines had to be accompanied by frantic window opening lest Housekeeping be subjected to noxious odors. As a historic building, alterations to the structure are prohibited, which is a nice way of saying that there is no elevator. Designed with the infuriating contraptions that allow electricity to be available only when the room key dongle is inserted. While this is a commendable step in reducing greenhouse gases, it means that you cannot charge battery packs during the day when one is out gallivanting.

Excellent hotel located in the heart of Odessa. Clean room and polite staff.

Staff very helpful and friendly. Room was overlooking the main street, which I asked for, but had very good noise proofing with the window closed. Room had a fridge so could put privately bought items in. They organised airport pickup on arrival which was needed as the airport taxi drivers can have massively overinflated prices from previous experience. Finally, the location was perfect to walk out the front door and be in the centre of everything.

Nothing stands out except lack of English channels on the TV. This is a minor thing as I went to see Odessa, not watch TV, but it could be useful to have some channels available.
