My husband had a food poisinoning (probably from motsarela which ate at the hotel) which spoiled our holiday.

It was so close to the beach all the little shops and so many restaurants. If you enjoy walking and exploring this is a great base . The buses are just up the road a few minutes walk . We walked from the port to the hotel it's a flat walk so not too bad to pull your suitcase along we timed it from the hotel 8 minutes walk . It was a bit noisy in our room which was on the 1st floor facing the road . We didnt mind as we enjoy watching people and seeing how they all live . It had a cute spacious balcony . Somewhere you could hang some washing to dry . There was also a laundromat down the road . We enjoyed our stay immensely.

That the swimming pool was closed for renovations and we weren't informed prior to arriving. I choose this hotel as it had a swimming pool . There was a very shallow pool we could use and we did have a float around but it's only about 2 or 3 ft deep .

The price is the best thing here - very reasonable given the central location. It was clean, the staff were helpful, good spot if you’re not in Ischia for long and you want a base close to the port and the busses.

It was noisy! The acoustics meant that i could hear everything, You can also hear the street if its busy eg on a weekend.

The staff was very nice and welcoming, the location is also very good, close to the beach and looks nice from outside.

The thermal facilities were a bit disappointing, very small space and we expected something bigger.

for a ‘newly renovated room’ it had very uncomfortable pillows- very hard, extremely small tv. is definitely suited for an older age group of people. below average quality of breakfast spread, wouldn’t recommend for the price per person.

The location is very good, a short walk from the port and in a nice commercial area with plenty of places to eat.

The hotel is really old and in very bad shape. The room and the bathroom were tiny, the beds extremely uncomfortable, the walls are very thin and you can hear everyone walking or talking on the corridor. The cleaning was not good at all.

Hotel decoration and communal areas were charming. The main pool and thermal pool were lovely. Location was very good, near restaurants and bars and short walk to harbour.

Our room was very small, which was disappointing. We would have asked to change, but it opened out onto a huge terrace, shared with the adjoining room, so we decided to keep it. However we were puzzled as to why were allocated such a small room when we were staying for a week. It would have been good if there had been a proper bar in the hotel, especially during the rain and storm days.

The customer service is excellent, the staff is well prepared and kind. The premises are just renewed and pristine. The position of the Hotel is in the town centre, Via Roma at just 10 meters, 150 from the nearest beach or lido. The cleaning service is punctual and accurate. The customer at the reception when has found out that I was pregnant, has then decided to move me in a more comfortable room. The metre in the restaurant has accepted me for dinner despite of I was only paying to stay for the nights and my package was not including dinners. Although they couldn't prioritize me upon bookings with full packages they managed it perfectly. I wish I could visit again Ischia and book at this hotel. I advice this hotel and this staff.

We loved everything about this hotel. Very central to all the local activities, restaurants, bars and beach. Everything within walking distance. Close to the port and ferry terminal. The decor and style of the hotel provides a very unique Mediterrian feel with a warmth sense of charm & character. The indoor Spa was an extra special treat along with a very well maintained outdoor pool. My wife and I had a lovely room with poolside views while my adult kids were upgraded to the roof terrace with spectacular views of the area. A delight to have stayed here.

Nice little hotel underrated, terrific staff can't help you enough, convenient location to bus stop port restaurants and stores. Bonus, a nice clean pool where you can have your breakfast or lunch. Complete with an outdoor shower and nice towels. Great little library and a very simple lending system take one give one back. I did opt for dinner one night in the hotel and it was delicious. Some great local wines. My room was off the elevator and had a little bit of noise here and there that really didn't bother me. Bravo to management and ownership PS there's a piano in the entry Salon if you feel like playing. I recommend not driving the little Vespa that's near the library in the house
