Kitchen utensils were not so great as there was only 1 pan which was not so great

Good location, staff were helpful accommodation is an excellent size.

Not enough kitchen equipment like mugs and a set of glasses.

i didnt even check in due to the bad treatment from the employees they have got , they have nice place but they have very bad employees unprofessional , not respecting guests , its like they are accommodating me in thier own house , seriously im not recommending this hotel to anyone unless they hire new staff knows how to respect guests

Very big appartement - Clean

We couldn't use the pool, the water was way too cold - the staff at the reception leave too early. We had an issue with our door and couldn't reach anyone (until the wonderful guard helped us).
