Questa proprietà unica di 165 metri quadrati si sviluppa su due piani separati
Il primo piano (86m2) è composto da una camera da letto molto grande con un ampio bagno en-suite (con vasca), armadi molto grandi, soggiorno aperto con vetrate a tutta parete, sala da pranzo, cucina completamente attrezzata e un'altra camera da letto matrimoniale con un bagno separato con doccia.
Il secondo piano (80m2) è composto da una camera da letto matrimoniale, bagno (con doccia), cucina completa con balcone adiacente, un soggiorno con TV che dà su una terrazza molto grande con una splendida vista sui tetti della città
Questo caratteristico appartamento è situato proprio nel cuore della zona pedonale della città, vicino a ristoranti e luoghi di interesse. È ideale per un massimo di 6 persone che sono alla ricerca di privacy pur restando sotto lo stesso tetto

Very quiet for the bustling location. The host addressed our issues once we made them aware. Spacious. Would definitely stay there again

We had the pleasure of staying at this property for four nights during our trip to Spain. Don’t even hesitate about booking this place! It is so spacious and wonderful and absolutely the most excellent location. The host communicated very clearly prior to our arrival, and it was so effortless and easy.
You won’t regret this choice.

Our experience was lovely at this penthouse Vrbo. Our property manager was so helpful to accommodate us with our arrival time and departures. The space was large enough for our family of 5 and allowed everyone to spread out after a long day of touring.
I would note that the other reviewers whom struggled with the noise is ONLY in the living room area and sound is perfectly quiet in all bedrooms. (We read these reviews and bought ear plugs and never once used them).
Things like condiments, napkins, basic cooking needs are NOT in this unit so if you are someone who likes or needs to cook then you’ll need to plan accordingly. I will definitely recommend this home to our friends and family.

Overall we were very pleased with our 3 week stay. With the amazing old town location it comes with some note worthy comments. It is a very lively location with restaurants and bars right below the apartment. So if you seek a quite night time location this may not be for you.
It would have also been nice to have some basic kitchen staples to start off with. Salt, pepper and sugar to name a few. There was nothing.
These are small things to note but they are worth mentioning. Overall an amazing large apartment in the heart of Malaga. We would stay again.

We spent 10 days in Malaga with our two children and daughter-in-law. We were grateful for the spacious two-floor apartment! Plenty of room, nicely decorated, comfortable beds and all the kitchen basics. Note that this apartment is right in the central historic district, with nightclubs nearby and many bars and restaurants. It is lively, and can be noisy at night. Bring your earplugs!

The property is spacious and in a very central location in the old city, convenient for many restaurants and places to visit. The apartment is a little tired, the online photographs are not completely accurate, particularly with regard to the terrace furniture, the key to the front door of the building is difficult to operate and the lock probably needs adjustment, the allocation of crockery and cutlery between the two apartments should be checked. Some minor repairs are necessary, for example, attaching the rods to the curtains in the main lounge and adjusting the showerhead in the upper bathroom to ensure that it does not spray the whole bathroom.Solaga were excellent and dealt with a minor problem very quickly and efficiently.

The top floor AC unit failed making that space rather uncomfortable. The good news here is that "Teresa" came by and solved the problem by resetting the system. Thanks to Teresa!

Nice apartment in a great location. Surprisingly quiet given how close to everything you are. A bit of a trick to get the right amount of jiggle on the key to the front door!
Could probably do with a few more glasses (not helped by us breaking one-sorry) but otherwise no problems. The furniture on the patio was different to that pictured. But the rest was as described.

Best location. Lots of great restaurants nearby. Try Meson Mariano for Artichokes! Eat a menu del dia at La Parrilla delicatessen.Take a day trip to Caminato del Rey with Activa Tours, maximum group size 8, was perfect for these two 70 year olds! Recycling bins are Yellow for plastics and cans.

In general the apartment was good. The decoration and fittings were a little tired . Given the price I would have expected a little welcome pack of a few essentials. We did get a bottle of wine left but that was mainly due to the delay on the transfer. I was kept awake one night by noise from a neighbour apartment. The furniture on the roof terrace was not as advertised,but it was a fantastic sun trap. The location could not be better

Emma apartment was amazing. Smack in the middle of the old city but not too noisy at all. Huge apartment with all the amenities. The roof top seating area was a huge hit. A proper sun trap and very secluded.

The position was excellent, the space of the appartment a shame that the forniture has changed on the terrace, would have preferred the couches on terrace as in the foto
Although it was self catering, some basic things as coffee, salt, oil would have been really appreciated, and also the possibility to have extra services...as in between cleaning

We met Carlos who showed us around the apartment which is exactly as advertised, couldn’t fault it so much space. A small glitch with Wi-Fi was attended to within minutes, great service as we were still working from “home”. We made good use of the outside patio which was very useful even in Winter. Supermarket in walking distance as are restaurants, tapas bars, galleries and attractions. An easy walk for lunch on the beach if you want. Numerous visits to old town but this apartment is a dream, our favourite.

The apartment is in a perfect position right in the heart of Malaga's old town. Restaurants, the beach, and historical sights are all within walking distance, and a great little rooftop terrace to have breakfast on and that cheeky sundowner pre-dinner drinks!

Le logement est très bien situé (tout est à proximité). Très grand et bien aménager, nous l’avons adoré. Le service de l’agence était très bien, nous avons été accueillis au logement tout de suite à notre arrivé.
