Friendly home from home atmosphere.
Staff attentive and made to feel welcome and assertive .
No air com.
Room so hot at night..electric standing fan didn't met the needs to keep room cool
No daily clean towels or bed linen.
Had to look for night security ????
Electric shower faulty.
For the price disappointing.. Moved to luxury apartment Mtwapa. All needs met for same price.

The Villa has a beautiful garden and the location is off-Serena road in an area surrounded by Villas, 10minutes from hotels next to the beach e.g. Pride Inn & Continental hotel.
The road to the Villa is not tarmac & its not advisable to take walks in the evening due to large open spaces.
