Rooms are well maintained and staffs are helpful in nature.

Room was ok. Location is decent, close to sight seeing places.

I stayed with family for 2 nights. Dinner was bland the first day, no salt in dal and fried rice. It was good the second day, We ordered another fried rice but strangely they said rice is not there and we can have some other item like noodles. No tooth paste, brush or soap but they had a shampoo cum gel for body wash. When asked about toothpaste, they said they have stopped giving it post covid and we need to get it from outside. Its just a Rs. 10 item but customer convenience takes a hit. Breakfast is just idly and another item (upma or shaavige bath), even omlet if asked is extra. I paid around 12.5k per night and thats too pricey for the facilities they are offering.

Staff is polite and co-operative

Water gets stagnated in the bathroom and my wife fell done and hit her right hand. Another room was allotted after that. Mirror, cupboard and almirah doors are loose. The location of the hotel is at the hill side corner and reaching it is a bit task.

No heating, hot water wasn't working properly. Not worth for the money at all.
