No fridge, furniture needs refurbishment, shower tapes not closing enough

Rooms need extreme renovation curtains carpet’s windows couldn’t even close them Furniture had dust Sometimes no water to flush the toilet

No water in the showers. The tap are broken. The place is dirty.

The water was running cold and the air-con wasn't working properly. The room was cold🥶

Locatuon perfect as it was un the CBD where u had business to do.

The bathroom was dirty. Shower door, wall tiles etc were just dirty. The stained corners of the shower cubcles you could tell it's accumulated dirt over a long period.

bedroom was tidy, and loved the set up

Bathroom was dirty carpet was not clean breakfast was not good, had limited breakfast and not Buffet. The lady who saved us was not sure, we had to keep asking her for food, and she was bringing one by one, better if it was Buffet we would make our own choice

Staff on reception could be more welcoming, maintenance overall needs attention, your maintenance engineer is friendly but needs assistance,

Property needs a touch of renovation and class. Bartender and bar not to standard at all

the room was dirty, half the plugs didn’t work, the restaurant area looked more like a boarding school mess hall and to top it off, no hot water for a shower!

Staff was very rude and arrogant, specially the receptionist. No good restaurant. Rooms are very old. No parking at all. Over all very bad experience. No value for money at all.

Nothing, wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.

The bathroom, toilet couldn’t flush,towels, no coffee in the room, what I saw on the Internet is false advertisement. Not worth my money. Big disappointment
