Everything was great. staff super friendly and always willing to help. hotel is beautiful

they closed the pool bar the day we were there as it was due to rain. no rain in the end but the bar didn’t open.

Housekeeping very thorough. Check in smooth, front desk provided great customer service..

Indoor pool hours for free only during 1100 - 1400. 25€ other times.

Food was poor. Limited times for the indoor pool.

The hotel was excellent. The room was spacious with a lovely balcony and a huge bed. Having a refrigerator that was quiet was great, as was having a kettle to make a nice cup of tea. The meals were amazing with a great variety of food. The staff were very attentive and hard working.

The ambient music played around the pool could be a bit annoying. I would personally enjoy peace and quiet more but that's a personal opinion. The entertainment in the evening could be a bit loud but always finished by midnight.

Everything. The place was like a palace. Great breakfast buffet for 14 euros and dinner buffet for 18 euros.

Hard to find the hotel. Up on a hill in a small town with really bad highway signs. I was lost for hours trying to find it.

The swimming pool was fantastic!!! The check-in was efficient and quick. We also we got upgrade to a sea view room.

* Staff: every single staff member we interacted with in the hotel was nice, polite and very helpful. Hard to find something like this. * Buffet: The variety is big and the quality good. * Installations: the hotel offers plenty of choices and activities within: several swimming pools, bar, spa, gym... * Cleanliness: room cleaning service is very careful

* Weak AC: Rooms receive direct sun after noon and then air conditioning is unable to cool the room so the temperature keeps rising until sunset. * Poor Wifi: inside the room only some areas have acceptable wifi coverage and in the swimming pools there are plenty of areas without any coverage at all. * Noise: For being an adults only place, the staff (although being lovely) makes a lot of effort to make noise in the swimming pool during the day, so if you expect relax and quiet, maybe this is not your place. * Location: moving from the hotel requires using the car, no walking distance activities, specially with the scorching heat of the area in summer.

The bed was super comfortable, the room was light and airy with great air con. My view over the pool and out towards the sea was well worth the price I paid for the room and half board

Location.

Animation very loud, not realaxing at all. Room was on top of show/animation area, the noise level inside the room with closed windows was equivalent to a live concert. Not even a bottle of complimentary water in the fridge.
