Very friendly staff, clean hotel. One of the few hotels that I have stayed at where there is no odor from the pillows

Comfortable and spacious room, good city views, nice bed and good wifi too.
Very little storage space. Strange to provide a decent size suite yet have only minimal storage for clothing: just one very small wardrobe and nothing else, not even drawers. Reception staff are probably the least engaging hotel staff we’ve ever met…more interested in chatting amongst themselves than talking to guests. The receptionist is often hiding in a cupboard probably to avoid talking to clients.

For a solo traveller who stayed for the night, it was exactly what I needed, and the price was fair.
The room was clean and very big.
I would improve some things in breakfast:
The hot and cold drinks are served by waiters.
I assume the hotel team think this looks good because they serve you the drinks until the table, but at the end of the day, it's time-consuming and not convenient.
Also, some more variety of salleds and spreds, could be nice.

they charged us twice and refuse to refund. the service left much to be desired.

Quite poor. Breakfast is very expensive compared to what is offered. I chose to eat in the city.

I noticed that I had reviewed this property even though I had no internet at the time, traveling by plane, which surprised me unpleasantly.

nice staff at the reception. we were able to have a late check out for 500 MAD until 6pm which was very good since our plane left at midnight.
breakfast ok, nothing really special even a bit boring. no pool or other facilities for this price something would be expected. very loud from the neighbour’s, banging the doors, can’t be avoided because of their locking system. this is really disturbing specially early morning or in the night.

The breakfast was a nice spread of fresh breads, jams, jellies, boiled eggs, coffee, tea, and fruit juice.
I was expecting the hotel to have a Moroccan flair. It was rather nondescript

Room is spacious. It is worth for the price we paid. The fact that hotel is newly renovated makes our stay pleasant. It feels like a brand new hotel. Room is new. Shower is great. Two sinks are the best. Huge living room. Bed is super comfy. Everything is totally brand new and well maintained.
Nobody knows where the hotel is! We had problems of how to communicate the location every single time we rode a taxi back to hotel. We got rejected every time because the taxi drivers didn't know where it is located! The bell boy also could not help us communicate with the taxi drivers. The taxi drivers had no idea about Best Western Hotel!!!

Everything was perfect the room, location and the staff is exceptional! They are helpful and polite and very welcoming. They are the stars of this establishment

The bathroom needed more lighting, the tiles were dark color so in my opinion the bathroom could have more lights.

Very comfortable bed. Very big room and bathroom.
Breakfast was basic, same every day and not too good quality (except the patisserie part, which it was reasonable). Not really worth paying for it. The cleanliness of the breakfast are was not too good. The staff was not very much useful. They were helping just some customers who were ordering and paying extra.

everything is accessible from there, Nada , the other gentle lady in the front office were exceptional, manager was very efficient and kind, all the staff are extremely committed to their good, very impressed

Bathroom was very pleased and room was clean, some helpful staff.
one of the night staff wasn’t really welcoming. I was given two single beds first night instead of the king bed which was annoying considered I payed advanced. But they did resolve the issue the next day.

The room was exceptional! Very clean and comfortable.
Unfortunately, there is no bar in this hotel so was disappointed following review of the facilities. This should be updated to avoid future confusion.
