Le point fort de cet hôtel est son emplacement. Situé à proximité de la gare St Pancras et de la station King's Cross. Chambre fonctionnelle, propre et bien entretenue. Literie confortable. Ménage quotiden. Bouilloire, thé, café, biscuits à disposition dans la chambre. Chambre équipée d'un coffre fort. Possibilité de laisser gratuitement les bagages au check out le jour du départ. Quartier dynamique avec un large choix de restauration. Bon rapport qualité prix.

Hôtel sans ascenseur et bagages à porter soi-même. Personnel peu souriant pour la plupart. Insonorisation et isolation entre les chambres. Ventilation de la salle de bain. Bruit sous-terrain des trains. Chambre petite et manquant de luminosité. Située au sous-sol, la connexion WIFI / 4G est instable et passe mal dans la chambre. Pas de possibilité de prendre de petit déjeuner. Les clés sont à laisser à chaque départ de l'hôtel et à récupérer au retour sans contrôle d'identité.

Onze kamer was nummer 53 en dat zit in het tweede gebouw. Hier zit je goed en heb je geen geluidshinder. Dit was een probleem bij anderen, maar op deze kamer niet. Voor Londen prima kamer tegen redelijke prijs.

Superbe hôtel qui a rendu mon séjour de deux jours à Londres très agréable. Personnel très sympathique, que ce soit le personnel de jour comme le personnel de nuit. Chambre petite, mais largement suffisant ayant voyagé seule. De plus, elle était très bien agencée et très pratique. Lit super confortable. Salle de bain fonctionnelle. Petite table avec plateau de courtoisie très apprécié (café, thé, sucre, lait, biscuits, bouilloire, eaux plate et gazeuse). Télévision, ventilateur, chauffage dans la chambre et sèche serviette dans la salle de bain. Propreté nickelle, rien à redire. J'étais au deuxième et dernier étage. Isolation extérieure bonne. Isolation entre les chambres un peu moins bonne, on entend facilement ses voisins. Mais si vous avez des voisins respectueux (ou des boules Quies...) il n'y aura aucun souci :) Escaliers un peu raide, donc attention si vous avez des grosses valises. Consigne à bagages disponible sans frais ( je n'avais qu'un seul sac), mais pas sécurisé ; n'importe quel client peut y avoir accès. Situation idéale, à quelques mètres de la station de métro King's Cross et des gares Saint Pancras et King's Cross. Globalement je recommande vivement cet hôtel !

Really good location for us as we arrived on the Eurostar and wanted to have a hotel nearby

There is a construction site across the road but it didn’t bother us as we didn’t stay at the hotel during the day and they didn’t make noise in the morning and evenings

The room was quite stuffy even with cooler weather; there is a wall fan but it would’ve been quite unpleasant in the heat of the summer.

4th floor walkup was difficult with our luggage after a long day of travel. The room was pretty small.

Room was comfortable and a good size. 1 Min away from Kings Cross st Pancras. Staff were friendly, quick and easy check in and out.

Room got very hot at night. The fan did ok but could do with some form of air con.

This is an excellent budget hotel, the single rooms are tiny but very well designed, with a safe and space for your bag under the bed and ensuite bathroom. The hotel is clean and well-maintained and everything in the room works. Close to Kings Cross with a good view of St Pancras Station.

Right next to King's Cross - great location. There is some outside renovation work going on, we were awoken at 8 am by workers standing right outside the window (it was 2nd floor). Room is quite small, but beds are comfy, though would be nice to have two blankets instead of one. Bathroom is also small and right next to the bed. There was a kettle and tea/coffee in the room; and also drinking water. We used the luggage storage service - very convenient. Overall, should not expect more for this price :)

Great location for station and tube. Lots of bars and restaurants. Very clean well looked after hotel and for London, decent value.
