Good qualities: 1. The rooms are of good size and very clean, comfy furnitures and bedding. 2. The food quality is very good (both the bouffet breakfast and personally ordered foods). Cleanliness and accessories are commendable. 3. There are plenty of comfy chairs and furunitures in dining area and the variety of items is also rich and tasty.

Experience Ruining Factors: 1. Anybody thinking of going for swimming pool, please don't go and save your respect. The swimming pool is very small in size, if 3 people get in it, there will be no space left. It is completely un-regulated, never go with female friends/family. When we went, we found bunch of bachelor boys swimming that too in under wears and smoking, without any swimming pants (costume). The manager/hotel staff would just do nothing about it. 2. The hotel reception staff do not have any hospitality sense, they will talk sometimes in rude manner. You will be charged tax over and above the booking.com final price.

The staff tried to help with the mix up of the rooms on both the booking I had made. In all we had 20 room nights and by and large our stay was fine.

The mix up of rooms when in a busy season things are not easy to fix.

One of the best budgeted hotels with all the facilities you wish for. Loved the maintenance. The pool was clean and so was the room. Location wise is perfect. Good staff with a good parking spot. Enjoyed my stay👍
