the host is lovely and very nice. she helped us with all our problems and was very thoughtful. the place is very clean and has a good breakfast.

The accommodation had a nice small kitchen which was equipped with all basics to be able to make our own meals. it was clean and newly renovated.

Great place, wonderful owner of the hotel - Monica, great location, nice breakfast, great room for children and for adults. Close to the lifts, restaurants and shops, but very quiet place to stay and relax. I wish to visit the place again.

no hot water after 5pm - they tried to fix the issue, on some days we were able to shower at 9pm (not your expectation after a full day of skiing) after 4 nights of hot water issues, we had to drive 30 minutes to Fügen where there is a pool, to shower. The hotel did 0 compensation although we complained to them and to Booking.com: quite an expensive stay for 2 adults + 1 child for nearly 350 EUR/night for such lousy conditions. The description for our room was also inadequate, which said the kitchenette included a dishwasher, while there was none. Also no compensation, the hotel offered to do our dishes when we want - which also is not a practical solution if you need to coordinate your whole day around this workaround. Very disappointing stay.

Excellent place, great location, extremely friendly staff. Lot to see in the neighborhood, ideal place for hiking, biking, skying, and even paragliding.

The view from the room was stunning, close to the city center

The hotel is super central in the village, has convenient on-site parking and is very friendly. Rooms have a great view of the surrounding mountains. The breakfast was home-made and delicious with a good selection of ham, cheese and marmelade. Local bakeries and coffee were provided by our host Monika, who was absolutely lovely.

The wellness area is quite small - for max. 4 people

Super clean rooms, easy access by key card, free parking on site, wonderful breakfast every morning and best of all, the kindest most gracious host!! This hotel is in the city center, steps away from the Brucke (stream) next to the Ahornbahn and Penkenbahn. No need for a car as everything in town to include both Cable cars are accessible by foot. This is my 3rd visit to Mayrhofen and we couldn’t have asked for a greater experience, room w/ balcony & breathtaking views, small kitchenette to place our food. Highly recommend booking ASAP before they run out of rooms for your visit!!

First and formost, We loved the owner, She was swef youet and helpfull. The view from the hotel is got to be the best view on Mayrhofen. Huge Balcony, to seat and relax , and see the mountains. Room was very spacious. Location was superb.
