Charming apartment with superb view on the ocean. Stylish and functional with fully equipped kitchen. Very friendly and helpful owner living next door. Far enough from noisy part and loud music. Additional bonus for cats lovers - there are many.

Its on steep hill you should be prepared, cabs are cheap. Bed sheets can be renewed.

wonderful! very large studio , kitchen , dining/work area , lounge area and bedroom. only 5 mins or so stroll to the beach. amazing views from the balcony and through the large doors Up a small hill so great for views and away from the party town noise but near enough to go and enjoy. Joos is a wonderful host and great at anticipating needs. It was a wonderful place to chill and unwind after lots of busy travelling. I couldn’t recommend more!

I loved our stay here! Everything was so perfect, the view, the room, the lighting, the host, the kitchen. A man selling fruit and veggies came right after we arrived which was so convenient. So many beautiful plants and such a nice quiet place in nature away from all the party of Montanita

Stylish rustic loft with a stunning ocean view. Every detail is thought through and the host is super helpful to make your stay comfortable. Cute cats are part of the experience. Very good wifi which is rare for Montanita. A farmer bringing fresh vegetables twice a week. Spacious. Quiet and good setup for remote workers. Loved my stay here and will definitely come again.
