The reception staff especially Monica was amazing, friendly, and took care of us really well. The view was beautiful and the room was spacious and lovely. Definitely a recommended hotel and we will visit it nex time.

Every thing was amazing I would definitely come back to this hotel, the hospitality is overwhelming especially capriani in the reception he was very friendly and helpful,also the other staff all were so kind ,I really loved it and the view is amazing

Truly wonderful hotel and a beautiful location. Friendly and attentive staff. Clean and comfortable room. Loved the hotel and its ideal location not too far from Melide Station. A truly special place.

WiFi didn't work, beds were uncomfortable (you could feel the springs on the bed).

I LOVED the breakfast and the staff were so helpful and friendly. The cleaning was great and efficient too! Great location for Lake Lugano and the beach was great!
The noise from the Casino on Saturday night was a little rough.

Staff service throughout was exceptional, from the greeting and welcome as we drove up to the restaurant serving-staff. Lovely dinner in restaurant, great breakfast and an excellent dry martini. Lovely relaxing atmosphere. Very much appreciated the EV charger.
Decor in room rather dated although bed was very comfortable. shower over bath wasn't great and a bit leaky. Had expected lakeside position from photos but there is actually a road between hotel and lake - albeit a quiet one and it is only a two minute stroll to the promenade.
