We had such a great stay at the Hotel Gappmaier. We were there for a business-mountain biking trip and the staff kindly offered us a late check-out, which was amazing. We had dinner at the Hotel and it was delicious. Great wine selection and fantastic choice on the dinner menu. The breakfast buffet was to die for, everything one could want - from muesli to cold cuts to juices, the option to order specific egg dishes via clever order notes on the table. Again the staff was so nice and helpful. So nice also to meet the owner who showed us the amazing mountain biking facilities - including wash station, lockable storage and even a shower next to it! One of the highlights was the garden with its comfy lounges, the beautiful mountain view and amazing post-ride vibes. Not to mention the brand-new spa and wellness area and pool - we'll be back!

Really good location, close to lifts and restaurants in the town centre. One of our rooms had gorgeous views. The staff were super friendly and went out of their way to be helpful. The spa area was delightful, the pool was lovely although very small.

One of the rooms overlooked the main road and was opposite an enormous, ugly carpark. Not very scenic.

Breakfast was more than anyone could ask for ! :)

Location was good. Staff were very friendly in the hotel and it was beautifully presented. Tea and coffee facilities in rooms would make it better. Spa was great. Food was good quality and value.

Reception weren’t very helpful on email in terms of providing local knowledge (such as where to book a massage). Instead just directing you to tourist office.
