Breakfast. Nice beach to walk but can’t swim. Far from everything unless you have a scooter.

Schöne große Poolvilla mit viel Platz und Privatsphäre

Rezeption kaum besetzt und teilweise ohne Englischkenntnisse. Die Hotelanlage ist leider runtergekommen und man kann in der Umgebung nicht so viel unternehmen wie an anderen Orten auf Koh Samui. Das Frühstück kommt zwar in die eigene Poolvilla, jedoch ist dieses nicht unbedingt von guter Qualität. Dies hängt jedoch auch mit dem Restaurant zusammen was zum aktuellen Zeitpunkt (März 2024) nicht nutzbar ist, da es renoviert bzw. neu gebaut wird.

The villa was beyond our expectations, absolutely beautiful and very spacious! The hospitality was amazing and Nani was a lovely host who made us feel very welcome and was always happy to help us out, including very kindly driving us to places and helping us book tours!

The property was undergoing some renovations when we stayed so some of the facilities (the bar) was out of use but this didn’t really matter to us as we spent a lot of time out exploring the island and there was a lovely beach club right next door.

Staff very nice and welcoming. Location very nice and calm.

Maintenance was not the top, you could see that it was conceived as a higher level hotel but it is not anymore. In the restaurant a video of the premises was showing and the level was clearly different from what we found.No chairs on the beach, AC very noisy in one of the room, no toothbrush and toothpaste in the rooms, often they forgot to refill the coffee but when requested the staff supported on the coffee.The massages at the spa were not very professional. Nobody checking that towels were available at the pool or taking orders for food or drinks.

The location was fantastic, the property and grounds are beautiful and we had a private pool villa which was really great. The staff were also really helpful and friendly. The location on a great beach next to a wonderful beach bar meant every day was relaxing and enjoyable. We rented a scooter and could get into downtown Lamai easily which also meant we could vary our plans. No complaints at all!
