La posizione incantevole, la camera con vista sulla vasca termale, la terrazza del ristorante, la Spa

Nella camera faceva troppo caldo, non siamo riusciti ad abbassare il riscaldamento!

fabulous hot pool, cold pool, garden, sauna room - spotlessly clean and do relaxing
the massage was great (and I’ve had a lot).
the bar and restaurant were right there around the centre pool of the town with good service and quality food
there really was nothing to not like

The thermal spa is wonderful. We used it on two days. Having flown over 24 hours from Australia, it helped us relax and overcome stiffness from the flights. All the staff at the hotel and in the spa and in the restaurants were very friendly and helpful. We had dinner at the terrace restaurant and it was very good. Breakfast the next morning was also excellent with plenty of choice. I look forward to staying again.

The resort is in a beautiful location and the thermal pool is so relaxing and refreshing

The location is very nice, just in front of the thermal pool of the town.
The food is sublime both for breakfast and dinner. The variety of wines offered is also quite impressive.
The staff is very kind and at disposal for any need.
The SPA is small and pretty crowded. Maybe I’m wrong, or we’ve been just unlucky, but we had the impression that the SPA was overcrowded also by people not from the hotel, which is a pity considering the price of the rooms…

The spa pools were excellent. Nice warm temperatures, and spa water quality.
We were also provided bathrobes and towels to be used for the spa pool, that was so great. We ending up buying 2 sets.

no on site parking but understood it’s challenging in these areas
staff were a little lax in ensuring spa access kit ie gown, swim hat and flip flops were in our room on arrival having been told when I asked that they would be. no problem as we got it once we asked downstairs and the kit appeared in our room later that evening. it’s a minor thing but it would have made it perfect if we hadn’t had to ask.

They have a pool with thermal water and another one cold, so it is very nice to go from one to another. The sauna is excellent as well, with a small pool inside. The hotel is in the center of the small town. Breakfast was very good as well.
Everything was great! Super relaxing stay.
