Nice room, clean. Had working heating and hot water. Bed was comfortable. All the basic amenities were there. The breakfast was very good and at a very good price.

The hotel is quite far from the center. We had to walk quite some time to take the tram.

really bad attitude - accidentally booked day ahead & after telling them within 20mins they took the cash; had a great night in Dusseldorf on 14th but these folk shouldnt be in the hospitality industry!

No water kettle in the room so you can't even make a tea for yourself. Big disappointment for such a price.

The room was clean and comfortable. The room was cleaned every day. Fully confirmed expectations. But there was no refrigerator. The breakfast is delicious with aromatic coffee. Coffee is brought directly to the table. There was also dessert, juices and delicious pastries. It is very convenient that there is a free large parking lot, for which there is always a place. In a big city like Düsseldorf, this is a big problem. For those who have a car, this is a great advantage.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast was very good in a very nice breakfast room. My room was also very quiet and the bed was comfortable so I slept well every night.

Location is a bit out of the main town area but on the other hand right behind Lidl and if you just walk through the car park there are restaurants and other shops within easy reach.
