The staff are cool, hostel is close to center

Although i expected the hostel to be a catastrophe it was not. It was clean to say the least but quite old. The beds are small as well as the sheets and so you keep feeling cold at night and for the price i paidi believe it is not fair.

Had to stay in Poznań one night and it do the job.

The lady on reception was trying her best to make everyone happy and find solution for all the queries.

Terribly squicky beds, unpleasant smell in entire hostel, smell of cigarettes in room(even tho there was balcony the smell would spread across the room), bathroom would need some fixing(cracked toilet seat and broken shower head holder).

There is no lobby area. There is only one sofa. This sofa is for two people.

The hostel is clean. The location is quit and calm.

The hostel uses a self check-in system after 23:00, but if you need any help after that time noone would answer on the phone. I called them many times in my first night to get a towel but noone answered. I had to wait until the second day to get it. To be fair, after sending a complaint, the manager offered to me if I want to cancel my booking for free. No 24h communication support, which is bad if you need urgent help after 23.00. No English language assistance like other hostels offer in Poznań. It was very hard for me to reach them by phone. The hostel is a bit far from the down town and charges the same price like the ones in the down town. The hostel is OK. But I don't recommand it if you don't speak Polish.

Good price, they even found a safe place for my bicycle (I'm traveling by bike)

Wifi is a bit slow and not 100% reliable, also the owner doesn't speak any English so it's quite difficult to ask for information about the city.
