Location not in the city center, but good location

Clean, well organised, friendly, easy parking, cheaper than others available, close to excellent (not fussy or expensive - just good) restaurant.

Didn't bear on me but I thought 2€ for use of a hairdryer due to the need to clean and disinfect it after use (anti-covid precautions) excessive in more ways than one.

Quiet hotel with a very comfortable bed. We enjoyed the restaurant nearby, really good local food is recommended by the receptionist. The parking was a great value, easy to park. We had the possibility of buying some drinks after arrival at a very reasonable price.

We arrived at 20,30 and we were charged 20€. I understand it is clearly explained in the hotel rules but due to an accident on the road, it was not possible to arrive before.

Mainly the view outside, you could see Siena in the distance. Also the owner offered tips on parking and/or other useful info.

Room was crampy with no electric kettle nor a coffee machine. Shower and toilet were badly designed, felt really uncomfortable. In the lobby there was a single fridge for rent (10€ per night!). Also find it almost abusive to punish people with 20-30€ fee for late check-in

The host was very nice and explained, how do we get to the centre of Siena (which was a few km away from the facility). He also told us where can we get a good breakfast and dinner. Rooms had air-conditioners, beds were comfy so we slept really well. We liked the free parking on spot.

The location was wonderful- felt as if we were in the country. Excellent restaurant 300m away.

No breakfast in a b&b is poor. We knew it in advance but ....

Amazing Hospitality! Fabio was such a great host! He helped us with everything. His tips on how to move around, food, locations, and where to park were very helpful. The location is 2 minutes drive from Porta Romana where it was very easy to park. The room was extremely clean. Definitely would choose to stay here again!

Host was very nice. Recomended good restaurant. Helped us with parking in Siena. Gave us some quick pointers for visiting the city. The surronding is very nice an calm. We got a good nights sleep.

There is no breakfast due to covid. But the host gave us directions to the bakery.

Good location, very quiet, nice cats, kind and helpful host. Perfect to go to Siena centro quickly and to the surrounding places.

The place was easy to find, it has big parking outside, bus station pretty close to get to the city. Room was good, was air conditioning, helpful reception, and the beds were comfortable.

The shower is designed pretty bed, just a place in the corner without protection for the water that splash out, at the reception they told us to put 3 towels around to prevent flooding the whole room but it barely helped.

Extremely friendly reception, very hospitable staff. Away from the center, and therefore away from the crowds, in a very quiet and serene place.

Bathroom inside the room, great location, very good restaurant right across the road. Good wifi. Host was very nice and answered all my questions about the area.

Extra fee for the fridge and hair-drier. There wasn't fridge in the room. We musn't use the kitchen (because of the covid)

It was clean but very noisy from the road. Windows couldn't be opened.

You have to pay 10 eur for fridge and you can use it only if it is not used by anyone else. Very narrow shower.

Very nice stay for a single night. We were on a Tuscany road trip and we really enjoyed our stay there. Free parking. Quiet and clean room. The location is great. Close enough to the main road with easy access and really quiet place at the same time. Hospitality was nice too. I would suggest it for a couple of nights or for a single stay if you are going around Tuscany.

Nothing negative to mention. Value for money.
