Heron House, un'elegante casa con 3 camere da letto, è la base perfetta per esplorare le spiagge e le attrazioni della Cornovaglia. Guarda ottime recensioni su Airbnb. Molte belle spiagge sono facilmente raggiungibili in auto e famose attrazioni turistiche come Lands End, St. Ives e l'Eden Project in 30/40 minuti di auto. La posizione è a 2 minuti dal fiume che sfocia in Truro. È un ambiente incantevole e tranquillo. La casa è stata recentemente arredata, quindi tutto è nuovo. Al piano inferiore c'è una grande cucina / sala da pranzo / salotto con porte a soffietto che si aprono su un patio e grazioso giardino con vista sulla campagna. Il patio è perfetto per cenare all'aperto e ha un barbecue. Al piano superiore è un soggiorno separato con TV / DVD, ampio divano profondo, angolo lettura e balcone con vista sul giardino. Su questo piano c'è anche un bagno di famiglia e una camera doppia. Al piano superiore c'è una camera matrimoniale con letto king size e bagno privato, questo ha un balcone Juliette con vista sul giardino. Anche su questo piano è una camera matrimoniale. All'esterno c'è un parcheggio privato designato per 2 auto. 2 minuti lungo la strada è Boscawen Park con strutture per il gioco, campi da tennis e campi da gioco. Truro è a 10/15 minuti a piedi lungo il fiume e il grazioso villaggio di pescatori di Malpas è a 15/20 minuti a piedi anche lungo il fiume. C'è un grande Tesco in fondo alla strada e grandi Waitrose e Sainsburys a Truro. Truro City ha molti negozi e ristoranti deliziosi e merita una visita. La casa è disponibile durante le vacanze scolastiche per un soggiorno minimo di 7 notti con arrivi e partenze di solito il venerdì. Tutte le lenzuola, asciugamani, pulizia e articoli di benvenuto inclusi nel prezzo. Spiacente, i cani non sono ammessi. Lettino da viaggio disponibile si prega di portare la propria biancheria per questo.

We had a wonderful stay in this amazing home away from home. It is so lovingly and well equipped and spotlessly clean and bright. Beds are very comfortable. Parking is just infront of the house.
As we had the best weather, we could use the patio any time of the day and enjoy the squirrels in the garden.
Location is ideal to explore Cornwall. Truro is a twenty minutes footwalk away and worth visiting with a plenty of local shops and restaurants.
Contact with Sam was easy and very friendly. Thank you very much for your wonderful welcompack.
We couldn’t recommend Heron House more and hope to come back soon.

We really enjoyed our stay at Sam's house. It is quiet and peaceful! Everything we needed in the kitchen was there, and the whole place was clean. It was raining while we were here, but the patio would have been very nice to spend time on. It's about a 20 minute walk into town and there is a path along the road. I recommend this property!

We stayed @ Heron House for a week this summer after spending 2 summers trapped in London due to the pandemic! We visited a different beach every day & they were so beautiful, just what the Dr ordered to blow away the cobwebs!

Heron House is a beautiful home which suited the needs of 6 adults , it is very relaxing and backs onto lovely countryside. We spent a week there in August celebrating birthday and anniversary. Sam is very supportive and is available for any queries, she left a welcome card and gifts which was very much appreciated. I would recommend this house.

We are a family of five and we had a fantastic stay at Heron House. It was a home away from home for our week in Cornwall. We really couldn't have asked for more - spacious, stylish, clean and very comfortable (just like the photos!). Sam had left a bottle of wine, some delicious local apple juice and soaps to welcome us.
Heron House proved to be a perfect base to explore the delights of Cornwall. The location was super central and allowed us to easily access St Ives, Perranporth, Newquay, Padstow, Falmouth, the Lizard Peninsula and Kynance Cove, and St Michael's Mount (Marazion). If you do make it to Marazion be sure to have cream tea at The Copper Spoon - probably the best scones I have had the pleasure of eating!
Couldn't recommend Heron House more...Sam was a great host and very responsive to any questions we had.

We stayed in Heron House for a week in August with our two children. The house is lovely and well furnished and equipped in a very quiet neighbourhood. Truro is a great location for day trips around Cornwall. We were so busy we didn’t spend much time in the house, think we need 2 weeks next time!

We have just returned from a wonderful week staying in this lovely house. It was clean & tidy, really well equipped and very comfortable and homely. I loved the nautical theme and the stylish pictures, it was very tastefully decorated and has a relaxing feel to it. It was a great base location for walking into the town centre of Truro. The Heron Inn pub was also walking distance and serves wonderful food & so friendly and welcoming. It was also a great location for driving further afield for sightseeing so we were really pleased with our choice. Would recommend this house as a great place to stay. The owner is caring and attentive and made sure we were happy and settled and we even had a lovely little welcome pack to start our holiday. Thanks for making our visit to Cornwall so enjoyable.

Heron House was lovely. A great location, it had everything we wanted and we enjoyed our time in Cornwall. We are regular visitors but have never stayed in Truro so it was a pleasant surprise. We would be happy to return to this property any time of the year.
