The staff was very friendly and welcoming. The room was simple, but sparkly clean. The location was perfect for our needs. The parking garage was a bonus. The hotel offers cute SPA center, which as well is very clean. The restaurant at the hotel offeres good food. We were impressed by the service of Petar Petrov! Highly recommend!

We had an excellent experience at this hotel and would definitely stay here again. The hotel is conveniently located close to the stop of bus 7300. The room was spacious, sparkling clean, with a beautiful view on forest. It was around zero degrees outside, and it was very comfortable in the room. The bed was spacious and comfortable. An electric kettle was available. The buffet breakfast was very good - included hot eggs, all kinds of cold cuts, deserts, fruits, all kinds of drinks. In the evening you can enjoy local dishes at the restaurant. Opposite the hotel there is a walking path that will take you to the top of the Feldberg mountain after 60-90 minutes of slow walking. Overall, the hotel is of high quality and located in a very beautiful place.

Although the bed, in principle, was comfortable, the pillows were a bit too thin for me. However, there were two pillows for each guest, so I stacked mine to elevate the head.

Very nice and friendly hotel, the room was big enough for our family of 4 and well equipped. Breakfast was excellent and the service was superb.

Parking is a bit tricky...

Stayed in hotel for a week during July. Great family rooms, spacious, modern and well organized. Nice breakfast with a selection of fruit, vegetables, cheese and bread. Great (and fairly priced) laundry service. Feldberg is conveniently located.

Reception staff didn't feel welcoming (we've travelled Europe for 2 months, this hotel had the "coldest" attitude). Whenever approached they would make us wait for minutes while doing other things (e.g., paperwork or working on computer), without even glancing towards us. In most days of our stay they had a message taped on the elevator's mirror, written in German only, stating that due to high vacancy cleaning services might not handle all rooms: 1. Get more staff, it's absurd - would you ever write "due to high vacancy there might not be enough food for everyone during breakfast "?! 2. Have the kindness to add English translation. When approaching reception after room hasn't been cleaned, she pointed at the sign and told me to read it. When asked if room would be cleaned on the following day, received the answer "maybe" (it has been cleaned, as I didn't like the answer and demanded better service) Parking isn't great, there aren't enough spaces and when arriving at night everything is pitch dark. Wi-Fi could be better.

Nice location in feldberg, the rooms are clean and comfortable

The booking search gave us only option to take a double room for 2 parents and a big room for 3 kids. When we got to the hotel we found out that we can easily fit all of us in the big room(plenty of space for an extra bed) and it actually made us pay for a room for no good reason. Most staff members in the hotel don’t speak English.

Very friendly staff and good facilities. the room was very nice and they made something special for my birthday. thx for that again. it’s also very nearby the start of the hiking trail. the breakfast was btw amazing. they have also E-mountainbikes to rent.

All clean and equipped well!

The reception staff was very unfriendly when we arrived. It was maybe a language problem as she didn’t speak proper German. But she essentially couldn’t help us with any question and got angry for asking so much. At checkout it was better though. The sauna opening hours are a bit short (15:00-19:00). baby bed is 20 euros per night, not really family friendly as claimed on the website…

Our stay was simply amazing and we would totally go back (hopefully next time for more days!). Everything extremely clean, the atmosphere was cosy and the staff was welcoming and kind. The meals were outstanding!

This hotel was perfectly located on the beginner slopes and near the rope lift and we loved that it was ski in and ski out. The hotel had a ski Keller where we could store our equipment when not in use and even had a sauna (although we didn’t use it) The hotel staff were cheerful, helpful, and friendly! We paid for half board and the breakfast buffet was awesome. Our 4 course dinners did not disappoint. They have an amazing chef and kitchen staff. Every night there was soup, salad and meat and vegetarian option as well as a delicious desert. I would truly visit again; just to eat there! The room we had was spacious! I was thankful the hotel sent out an email right after booking that stated what we needed to do to purchase our ski tickets online in advance…that was super helpful!

Parking at the hotel was tight but we were lucky to find a space. There is a parking garage but our SUV with ski box on top was too tall. I wish there was a coffee machine in the room and not just a hot water cooker.

Amazing hotel right at the base of ski lift. We checked in a bit late (right after 8pm when dinner service stopped, but was still able to get a table). Breakfast was quick, easy, and delicious while dinner was so enjoyable!

leaving our hired super garage (only for 2 cars) was blocked by personel/headcook,neighbour told us when they are late they do so,friday febr 11 we had quite a bit of snow.so the reception told him to get the car out of the driveway,no excuse super blunt than he blocked the road for other guests and went back in,so they had to go to the reception no paper in the car who the owner was,stupid

All of the food was delicious. The room was nice and clean. And most of the staff where amazing.

The receptionist with the mole on her face was rude. She also seemed to have an attitude, myself and all of my company noticed it too. She made us feel as if we purposely avoided her and the reception desk. We preferred to ask the serving staff instead. The rest of the staff was excellent, even the women cleaning the rooms was great.
