At first the location, the hotel it self . Its very clean and well organised with a great swimming pool for swimming and fun. The staff is extremally helpfull. The food is amazing. Very italian. The deserts rock.The dining room manager is superb. Thank you. The hotel has a private beach that is not crowded.

Well the see water could be cleaner but this is due to the safety reasons. It is shalow and sandy and therefore not very clear. But did not bother us.

It was clean .Near the sea.

This is not a good place for people with small children. You have to wait a long time for lunch and dinner, the children can't wait, they cry and all the people look and get nervous. If you wear a suit, a Rolex and order wine, you will be served right away with a smile. But if you have a baby - you wait. No baby food - purees and soups. There is no room with toys and animation. The same breakfast every day. The pool lifeguard is always rude, you don't feel comfortable. The sea in front of the hotel is dirty, because have the canal nearby, and the price of 2 deck chairs and an umbrella is expensive on the beach - 25 euros. There is no minibar in the room. The hotel does not correspond to 4 stars. There is a fee for a baby of 10 euros, even if you do not take the bassinet, which is not written in the Booking.

Rooms are big and clean. Although the hotel is in the end of beach promenade the environment is lively and there are good restaurants around.

First night we had a room beside an elevator and it made lot of noise. Then we were changed the room without problems and in the second room it was OK. The rooms are big but bleak. The lamps are like in hospital. My husband was shouted on because he was in gym 5 min after chek-out, what is at 10.

Breakfast buffet was a bit weird. You have to point what you want and they bring it to your table. With staff that is non english speaking it is a bit difficult. I think old Covid rules

We had half board and the meals were fabulous, a huge choice and variety, the waiters were great and very attentive, the dining areas were spotless and so much food unbelievable!!

Nothing really, the hotel and facilities were definitely 4star plus.
