Great apartment along a canal, lots of room for three couples with everything one would need. Away from the crowds but close to anything you would want to experience. Great communication with the property manager, very helpful. Just wonderful all around.

Wonderful apartment in a great location, easy to go anywhere in Venice.
Filippo was wonderful, responded quickly and arranged water taxi’s from train to apartment and apartment to airport, making our arrival and departure seamless.
Caterina met us at the water dock and was very helpful with every question regarding our stay, from a local supermarket, to restaurant's and directions.
The apartment was beautiful, like stepping back in time, spacious and comfortable. The views of the canal and surroundings were spectacular.
We felt as though we were part of the Venice family, and would return in a heartbeat.
Grazie!

We loved this property, very spacious, clean and in a perfect location. St Marks square was a short 10 minute walk and the Rialto bridge about 15 minutes. Plenty of very good restaurants within a very short distance also. Highly recommend.

The size of the apartment is palatial. Not only are there 4 bedrooms and 3 full baths (hard to find in a city for sure) the size of the rooms are huge. My husband and l could not tell anyone else was home when we were in a our canal-facing bedroom. The views were great. The property manager was extremely responsive, reaching out immediately and setting up for seamless transportation (private water taxi) from the airport and to the train. Check-in was simple; we were met immediately upon arrival, and allowed to check in early, always much appreciated after an overnight flight. The neighborhood was great, short walk to St Mark's and vaporetto but off the beaten path of tourists. Loved sitting by the canal at my local neighborhood spot to have a prosecco before dinner. Some minor suggestions: the place is full of lovely antiques and artwork, but the upholstered furniture needs cleaning and the decorative pillows need replacing. Inexpensive updates could make the sitting areas so much more appealing. The bed in one of the rooms must have the slats installed up-side-down. The mattress was concave and had to be put on the floor to make it sleepable. Check the slats; we really think they are backwards. And we asked for more towels and was told it would be 20 Euros a set (for one hand towel and one bath towel for 4 days). We declined. At a cost of over $900 USD a night for accommodations, just provide the extra towels. Left us with a bad taste.

We really enjoyed our stay. Enrica, our host, was thorough and thoughtful. She made sure we had all the information we needed to navigate the property, location, and island.
The view from the apartment was lovely! We were close to eveything we wanted to explore without being in the middle of touristy areas.
The apartment has old world charm and plenty of space to relax. We especially enjoyed the option to have meals at home, where we could escape the hustle & bustle and enjoy a glass of wine with a spectacular view. Note: This is a third floor walkup, so keep that in mind if you are traveling with heavy bags.
Thank you to Views on Venice for a lovely experience.

Ca' Dei Greci Canal View Is a lovely, spacious and well equipped property. We were very comfortable and found the apartment to be easily accessible to San Marco Plaza, boat transportation, and many stores, restaurants, and markets. We very much enjoyed the apartment!

The apartment was very spacious, much more than we even imagine from the pictures, everything was clean and attended to with no complaints whatsoever. Can’t say enough about the staff of the management company and how helpful they were arranging our arrival and departure. For anyone first time travelers to Venice, this is a must stay property for the convenience and Professional management. Five stars + !

This is a walk up property on the 3rd floor. So, if you have elderly in your group or those who are mobility challenged, this may not be the place for you. Aside from that it’s a lovely space for up to 8 people. We never felt cramped. And we even had a chef come in and cook an incredible meal for us. I recommend this place.

Stayed with several family members and loved this space! It is minutes from St. Mark's Square, easy access to other parts of Venice and very close to some nice restaurants along a busier canal. Management is very easy to work with, friendly and helpful.

The location of the property was fabulous and the apartment was very spacious! The host was fantastic - very responsive and helpful. Check-in and check-out was very easy. The apartment appeared much older than the pictures would suggest and the floor in certain rooms were very noisy.

This apartment was absolutely perfect for our multi family vacation. The whole place was very spacious and comfortable. Bathrooms were updated, beds were comfortable, and the AC worked great. Location enabled front door access to water taxis and gondolas. Local grocery store only a couple minute walk away. Neighborhood was quiet with minimum tourist activity. Short easy walk to main sites. Property management was friendly and attentive. We would absolutely book this place again!

Great location in Venice!
This property is a wonderful place to spread out with a group of family or friends. Lots of space and lovely accommodations. The only problem we had was internet. It basically didn't operate except for some emails and texts. This made it hard to search for locations/activities/tickets. Would recommend getting all tickets in advance so you don't have to worry about that. Staff were attentive to our questions.

Top story apartment on a canal
Three couples traveling in Italy stayed for three nights at the Ca Dei Greci. The apartment is located in a quiet section of Castello; with a small grocery store (with cheeses, meats, wine and some liquor) a block's walk away; and with major attractions within easy walking distance (all less than a mile). The rooms were large, airy, and well air-conditioned. Water taxis daily picked us up literally at the front door, making travel to various parts of Venice very convenient (including the rail station and the airport). There are two canal-side restaurants within 100 feet. The apartment managers were always available by phone to help with transportation, schedule changes, restaurant reservations, and general information. Very much enjoyed and highly recommended .

Excellent stay in Venice
This was the perfect place for our group of 7 to stay. The apartment was in the heart of the city, but set back in a quiet neighborhood a short 5 minute walk from St. Mark's. While there was a short delay to check in, the person checking us in was very friendly and had great recommendations. They also allowed us to check in earlier than the advertised time, which was appreciated. The apartment itself is exactly as the pictures show and was very large. There were a couple minor issues (air conditioning was not working in one room) but the hosts were always very quick to respond and booked us water taxis both to the apartment and back to the train station at the end. I would highly recommend!

Lovely stay at Ca'Dei Greci Canal View
We had the most wonderful stay at this beautiful apartment. From our kind and informative welcome from Caterina to being able to open the balcony doors to watch the boats pass by on the canal, to the comfortable beds and well-equipped kitchen and bathrooms, to the really beautiful apartment (check out the floors!), and a location where we could walk anywhere we wanted, it really was a dream. I really hope to be back one day!

This Apartment was great!
Ca’ Dei Greci is in a quiet neighborhood. The apartment itself is spacious and comfortable and has a well-equipped kitchen. It is in a spectacular location on a canal and very close to San Marco, the waterfront, restaurants, shops and, of course, the corner gelato shop! It is the perfect place for exploring Venice.
Annalisa and her staff were very helpful and arranged a water taxi ride for us from the airport, which dropped us off on the canal in front of the apartment. She also arranged our return to the airport via the same water taxi. Very convenient.
We really enjoyed our stay in this charming apartment.

Grand setting
Great location close to the main attractions...quirky, large apartment perfect for our family and the water taxi dropped us off right outside the door. Great to look out the window and see the activity on the canal. The welcome hamper and meat platter was organised well.
We were there during the October floods - which was a bit of a nightmare - not sure if this was predicted - the office could have made us aware or checked on us during this time - otherwise efficient customer service from the office.
Our bathroom smelt of the drainage system throughout our stay and some of us got mosquito bites.
We enjoyed our time as a family and soaked up the Venice atmosphere - despite the weather!

Fantastic home in Venice
This apartment is beautiful, a short walk from St. Mark's and many top sites, but just on the edge of a quieter, more local Venice. The management team is incredible and was very responsive to our questions and requests before and during our stay. I have nothing negative to say! Be aware, only, that the unit is on the third floor (U.S.)/second floor (Italian) and there is no elevator, which is common for Venice, especially in historic buildings.

Fantastic location w/in minutes of St. Marks, vaparetto, Castello’s great restaurants & much more.
You should rent this apartment; it was fantastic in so many ways. First of all, Francesca, Annalisa and Camila with Views On Venice were wonderful. They arranged our water taxi from the airport right to the apartment, purchased groceries & wine and put them away in the kitchen for when we arrived, booked us a great class on mask making for our kids, a kid-friendly tour of the Doge, St.Marks and much more, and cheerfully hustled about to meet the crazy demands of two American families traveling together. Their hospitality and help were beyond any measurable amount of money. Bravo!
As for the apartment itself, the location is fantastic. It is an easy walk to St. Marks Sq. And the Grand Canal; dozens of nice, less-touristy restaurants in Castello; vaparetto stops (a huge help); museums; public gardens; and, thankfully, a grocery store (2 min. walk). We had 4 adults and 3 children and having groceries for breakfast, snacks, appetizers to hold kids over to dinner (which is after 7) was huge help. So the location was the incredible.
The apartment was beautiful and charming. Lots of big windows and sun light. It was also very clean and well maintained. Air conditioning and wi-if and all the appliances worked great. It has lots of fun public spaces for our group to congregate, and the bedrooms felt private.

Floor
The floor in our bedroom was damaged in two areas, right where my husband got out of bed each morning. broken wood with sharp edges. This should have been pointed out to us when we arrived and a rug should have been used to cover it. The house was also full of mosquitoes as there were no screens on the windows. We had to open the windows because of the smell that seeps into the bathrooms from the canal.
