It’s location in the centre of town, proximity to the main bus stop, and sea view from the balcony.

I consider myself a traveller with limited needs for “amenities”, but this stay was underwhelming in many aspects. Most furniture in the apartment has seen better days, but the main issue lies elsewhere. The AC was not working properly (neither heating nor cooling, just blowing normal air to the room) - which could be an issue in February, even with mild winters like the one in Larnaca. The water heater was basically also broken, and we have had unexpected cold showers. On the same note, there was some leakage in the bathroom, and puddles emerged occasionally. Some plates were put back into the cupboard unclean, for which I imagine previous guests were responsible. Limescale in the kettle needs to be removed urgently.

the location is perfect, it is right by the beach. theres a supermarket right beside it, all kinds of restaurants and a spa on the right.

they only offer towels but there was no soap to wash your hands or to shower, there is also no hair dryer in the apartment you have to get your own. What I mostly didn’t like are the mosquitoes which were so many we couldn’t sleep, I even woke up with a swollen finger after so many bites.

District is very nice. 50 meters from beach. The staff was very nice, they allowed me get the room much earlier than they confirmed.

First day there was a huge cockroach in living room. Bathroom is very used, need to renewal.

This is the worst hotel in my life. There were a lot of cockroaches in the bathroom, mold on the walls, dirty bed linen and no soap and shampoo.

very very bad condition of the room,everything is super old they need to make renovations or at least add some new real pictures,the stuff was good and friendly,the lady allowed me to check in earlier than 2:00 pm but on the next day she knocked on my door at 11:00 and then started to immediately made noise with her spare key,to open my door 🤦🏽‍♀️🤦🏽‍♀️🤦🏽‍♀️I was there only for one night so it’s ok but the only good thing except location it’s a clean bed sheet 🤷🏼‍♀️

Location was good, but that's about it.

Nobody from host replied to my message sent straight after making the reservation. Smell in room was terrible (most likely from a broken aircon), beds had no top-sheets, but bed covers only. There was a broken furniture (chair) in room where I injured myself. Amenities and bathroom equipment is very, very old and extremely used.

The studio was excellent as i travelled alone, i also got partial seaview. Very close to the beach, bars, restaurants which you can always pop in and out of studio. I have also stayed in the 1 bedroom which is also good. Nautilus is now my regular place to stay.

The apt at a great position, had everything we needed, a pleasant sitting terrace, and the lady that welcomed us was a gem (Valentina I think was her name:). She is so dear and pleasant, greetings to her! <3

Location was alright, side street to beach.

One of the worst places I have stayed since cheap and sleazy backpackers as a teenager. Old facilities, not clean, with stains on the floor. Plastic floor coming off, toilet brush brown and dirty, brown left overs in toilet. This was not good value for money, other hotels for similar prices with far better quality in walking distance!

Very well placed, big apartment, everything you need, decent WiFi.

No parking, had to wait 15mins for the guy to turn up with the key.
