The house keeping was bad, didnt clean the toilets properly, room was not cleaned properly. rubbish was not disposed ontime. I would have to call to get hold of the room services. i stayed more than 2 weeks and the facilities was also not good. no iron box provided when requested, no electric kettle provided when needed. the reason was all rooms are using the kettles and iron boxes. actually the hotel should provide electric kettle for each room and also iron box. this time my stay was very very disappointing.

The location are pretty good

- The staff is very helpful when we have issues with the water tap - Wifi is working and the TV is functioning well and equipped with Netflix - The atmosphere at the cafe downstairs is real good

- Old and broken racks - Lousy air-cond, not cold at all - Hotel is old, and the lift is a bit scary - Poor sound insulation, can hear outside car sounds

didn't like the housekeeping service. almost 2times i booked this stay cation and i already tell what time i will arriving.. even tho i late 1hours my room still not ready to check in. and i have to waiting for 10-15minute.. before this the Chinese handle it and the service very nice. but now maybe can upgrade the staff/service.
