I left this review on Google as well expressing my huge disappointment about the fact that this hotel has high reviews but they are not at all true. After checking in we had to change the room as their AC had an issue and was making a loud squeaky noise that was unbearable to support and would not let you sleep. The next room was worst as it had a drainage issue and the bathroom door would not close the handle you physically had to apply force to close it. The cleaning staff was nice trying their best to accommodate your request through sign language as English was not spoken. The breakfast was expired, eggs were cold and rest of the food was probably cooked 2-3 days before. In my case I experienced one of the worst food poisoning ever, and my entire back got full in small bites like chicken pox. Apart from the location there was nothing in this hotel that made us feel happy.

The front is pretty and it is in a lovely location close to old town Phuket

The first room we were in had sick splattered up the wall so we complained and they moved us. Then, because we wanted twin beds, they moved us again. There was blood on the shower curtain in the third room so I complained and they checked to make sure it was dry as if they thought I might have done it. They then called a cleaner in to wipe it down. The shower was dirty with scum where the floor met the walls and there was hair around the sink. The pool was dirty and couldn’t be used

This was a very relaxing stay. The lobby and the pool are outstanding. It smells really good in the hotel. There was some water damage on the ceiling in our room, but I still very much enjoyed the overall look and feel. Bed is comfortable, location is great, staff is wonderful.

We stayed here to be close to the Rassada Pier as we arrived late and had an early morning ferry to Phi Phi Island. The staff were warm, welcoming, lovely and accommodating. Lovely comfortable bedrooms, and a great breakfast in the morning.

Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good. Pool could do with a good clean. We stayed here on two occasions whilst travelling around Thailand and the bottom of the pool was quite dirty and therefore we didn’t make use of it.

Pool Area.

The location was perfect walking distance from any restaurants and boat trips to the islands. The room had an amazing view of greenery and mountains, highly recommend. Staff were super helpful and quick to help with any advice.
