overall the hotel is good. it is centered in the beach, close to restaurants. the facilities such as pool and the room ( bathroom , bed, tv) also very good.

it’s is because of l little details that we didn’t give a better grade, particularly thinking about kids and overall service. - the hotel didn’t offer many meal options in between meal times. - the restaurants didn’t have many of the options in our first day - the staff forgot to leave towels one day, and when we arrived there was one missing - breakfast is OK, but nothing spectacular

the room

the pool was beautiful and location as well! food from the restaurant at the place was delicious and fair price! I loved the jacuzzi in the rooms as well! staff was friendly and management was able to solve my problems, even though I wish I didn’t have any problems to say about the property, considering it was one of my dream places to stay!

they changed my room because the first one have leakage from the ceiling and AC! the put me into an apartment that also had the same leakage problem from the rain! so that was disappointing! they end up not charging us and offering a free dinner which was really nice, however, the showers in both accommodations were really poor quality and the leakage remain! so it was inconvenient regardless, not to mention the fact that I had to go to a room with no jacuzzi which was a pity! the hotel has everything to be perfect but I think the owner should use the revenue in doing some maintenance, considering the price charged equals the value perceived!

The ocean view, the pool, the architecture and the accessibility to the centre. The staff is also very friendly.

Please make sure you do not stay in Suite 1. We couldn’t sleep almost the whole night with cars sound, people screaming, people accelerating their motorcycles and cars on purpose after 10pm… on Saturdays the sleeping threshold is from 3am to 7:30am. We talked to the property for options of reimbursement or voucher and they say that these are “external” factors and not their responsibility. Why rent those rooms on the weekend then? This place has everything to be a great vacation spot, but this situation is irresponsibility of the hotel managers.

The breakfast should be improved. It did not met my expectations of a typical brazilian "Cafe da amanha".

Too noisy area!! The hotel is on city center, and the room was basically on top of the street, I was expecting a place to relax but during the night time, all the time loud motorcycles going around and ultra loud church events overnight. I wasn't able to sleep for 3 nights :(

Good breakfast and good dinner.
