Sinan Han Hotel is the winner of the Eurovision Hotel Contest. Thanks to the two owners for the fantastic hotel, the service and the wonderful breakfasts. This hotel is worth more than the price you pay. From the roof terrace you can see the Stari Most and close to the old town. From the roof terrace you can see the whole region. It is different in the morning and at noon and in the evening. Maximum romance and relaxation. Wonderful owners help with everything and are kind, they smile and that smile is genuine. When we were there we had guests from all different countries. So many nations you can't go wrong and they made the right choice, everyone was happy. The inner staircase of the hotel is fantastic, with the old fountain and the resting kitty. Children will love this hotel. The rooms are very nice, the bed is comfortable, everything is clean and fresh, smells good. Parking was 10 euros per day, book in advance. The price is not expensive, especially as you can keep in touch with your car and only bring what you need into the hotel, what you don't need you take out to the car, it's worth more than money and the parking is secure 0-24. The parking is right next to the hotel, you don't have to walk anywhere. There is a small restaurant opposite the car park, the owner of the restaurant is very nice, he is watching you arrive and will show you to your place in the car park and help you with everything. I need to talk about breakfast separately. The breakfast is varied, the serving is artistic, the flavours are fantastic, you will feel it is a higher service, it is different from other hotels, it is more personalised, you can ask for breakfast in several versions. Make sure you ask for the scrambled eggs with cheese or without cheese, because they bring it out in a little pan and it's a great experience. And very importantly, the owners are available all day long to answer any questions you may have and will help you with anything.

Odd room... No space and fridge + TV not seem to work.

Location was very close to the bridges, and walking distance to them and restaurants. The room was small, but the space was well used. Bed was comfortable, small fridge was good. breakfast, while a little unconventional, was served as individual dishes, and generous. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

Hard to find, and parking was difficult. paid for parking, and the attendant tried to make us move at 9.15 - checkout is 11.00. Be warned, there are steps.

Location is great close to the old town. Breakfast is super good! Lovely staffs and they are really helpful! Private parking is just next door. Definitely a nice place to stay when you are in Mostar!

The stuff was amazing and super friendly! Our room was small, but very stylish and clean. The location is great, and there is a very nice view from the top of the hotel.

The location of this hotel is superb. In addition, the staff are all incredibly friendly, very attentive and the rooms themselves are cozy and very nice. We also really loved the terrace and the breakfast in the morning. Overall, it was a lovely time in Mostar!

There’s nothing really to say here. Maybe if you’re a light sleeper you may not enjoy some of the noise since this hotel is right downtown. But, it wasn’t so bad.

The location was as close as you can get to Stari Most; very convenient. Breakfast was impressive (we didn't expect such a fantastic spread) and staff were very nice and helpful (especially the morning staff - I didn't get the lady's name unfortunately but she was lovely).

I didn't appreciate being misled about parking. When I emailed in advance to ask if parking was free, the hotel responded that "they can help with that" so I took that to mean it is free. What they didn't say was that it will cost €10 per day in any case, and they can only direct you to attended or paid street parking. Only overnight parking is free until 7am. Moreover, the night staff didn't tell us it was paid, but just said it's free to park in the street. If I hadn't seen the meter myself, I could have woken up to a parking fine had I not got up at 7am and paid. I also tried to go up to the terrace at night for a look and could not find any lights. It was very dangerous due to a potential tripping hazard in the pitch black dark.

Súper nice staff, great location and amazing breakfast. The receptionist was super helpful with everything. From the rooftop there is a superb view of the old bridge.

Really lovely place, right by the Mostar bridge. Great breakfast, both in terms of quantity and quality and staff couldn't have been more helpful.

staff very good especially lady ms. alma and mr.Enes ,breakfast is excellent , the room is very clean , location is very close to mostar Bridge . ( 2 minutes by walk ) I recommend with accrual. Thanks for the coffee after breakfast.

Just probably bringing the luggage up to the room when youre in the rooftop area. I think an improvised pulley might help😊

The sweetest stuff I've ever seen! All guys are very very kind, helpful, and they always smile when see you. It's amazing, to have a feeling that you always can get any answer, recommendation where to eat and what to visit, and, any kind of support.

Not so serious, but I think you need to think for future how to organize bathroom & duche space to avoid such a huge humidity and wet floors - it could be dangerous.
