Lovely house easily sleeps 6 comfortably, convenient to Aldi market, Tavira and major roads. Great swimming pool. Must supply all your own paper products, drinking water. TV only got German stations. Day trip to beautiful Seville Spain easy. Would definitely return.

House is just perfect. The location is great, quite area yet close to the city, beaches and restaurants . Pool and view are amazing.
Note you will need to purchase stuff such as toilet paper, soap , etc, as none provided.

Beautiful Villa, stylishly decorated and well equipped. Amazing views and fantastic swimming pool! Rainer was very helpful with any questions we had before our trip and his father was so welcoming when we arrived.

Stunning villa and location
We have stayed in quite a few villas in various locations and this is definitely the best one yet. A lovely place to relax and unwind from the stresses of home and work. Our three teenage children enjoyed the peace and quiet too and we all loved the pool! The location is perfect to explore Tavira and beyond. Two activities we particularly recommend is hiring bikes and following the cycle path to Fuzeta for lunch. Also the 3 hour boat tour from Olhao with Sabino tours. Fabulous. Thank you to Lydia for easy booking and very swift communication if needed.

Exactly as described
Thoroughly enjoyed our week in this lovely secluded property. Beautifully clean and well provided. We wanted some peace & quiet to relax & this was perfect. Excellent sized pool. Glorious views over countryside which could especially be enjoyed from the upper terrace in early evening whilst sipping a glass of Vino Verde!

Off the beaten path excellence
We truly loved stay here! It was so comfortable and spacious. The kitchen was very well stocked which made it easy to make our breakfast and dinner each day. We absolutely loved picking pomegranates, persimmons, oranges and lemons. We found a recipe online for a pomegranate persimmon salsa that we made twice with them and it was delicious. Highly recommend this property!

Beautiful beautiful villa
The villa is well designed, beautifully furnished and superbly well equipped. The hamlet is lovely with great walks and there is easy access to Tavira. There is some traffic noise in the distance from the motorway but it's not intrusive and the house is so lovely that it's easy to convince yourself that it's the sound of the sea. This is an area of Portugal that we know well and love; Barril beach is still one of our favourite places in the world. But this villa made it a really special holiday. Thank you

Home from home
We have had a lovely time in fab house. It is well located just outside Tavira in a nice quiet area, but with easy access to town, beach & access routes.
The house was clean with everything that we could need. The beds are comfortable & the pool nice & warm!

An outstanding holiday home! A little bit of paradise!
My husband and I and my three teenage sons ( 17,16 and 13) had a wonderful holiday here and would love to go back at some time in the future. We got lost,at first, when trying to find the house, but one call to Rainer's father, Deiter,sorted it all out. He arrived posthaste on his lambretta to guide us to the house.
The highlight for our boys and for me was the magnificent pool shimmering in the Portuguese sunlight! For my husband, it was the tranquility of the whole house and the ability to get away from it all.
We had absolutely everything we needed in the house including super WIFI and a great wireless speaker which allowed us to enjoy music at the pool-side.
The house is beautifully decorated ( my husband and I loved the paintings) and I couldn't get over the fact that the house had Villeroy and Boch dinnerware and lots of Alessi items!!! (I was heart scared at first that my sons might break something... I had them well warned to be careful and thankfully there were no accidents!)
The house is ideally located, just ten minutes by car to the beautiful town of Tavira and it is a gateway to so many beautiful spots along the Algarve. We also drove across into Spain to visit Sevilla.
All in all, it was a much needed and wonderful holiday for the five of us. A huge thank you to the Langel Family.

Look no further!
Having returned after our stay at this first class Villa we wanted to write this review to help others who are looking for the perfect holiday accommodation. The Villa is secluded yet easy to find from Faro Airport. Very clean, well equipped and well presented.
The pool is the perfect size to do a few lengths or to take a dip to cool off. The BBQ was frequently used to cook fresh fish purchased from the local supermarket. The owners have gone to great lengths to provide maps showing the best beaches, restaurants and
supermarkets, which were very useful.
We found the restaurants in Santa Luzia to be the best for fish and also where the best beach was found. Tavira was great to spend time in, have a coffee, a bite to eat or to take the boat tour to see the Ria Formosa
We had a tremendously relaxing holiday at this Villa and would have no hesitation returning, simply because it 'ticked every box' in respect of what we were looking for.

"EXCELLENT VILLA IN AN IDEAL LOCATION"
We have just returned from a two week stay at this excellent villa. After renting villas for many years this one certainly goes to the top of the list. It is in an ideal location, spacious and immaculate with all the facilities you require. We would highly recommend it to anyone wanting to visit the area.
Tavira is a lovely small town with its bridges, cobbled streets and plenty of restaurants. There is a great atmosphere in the evenings and a real pleasure to be part of.

Tolles Haus. Ideal für den Winter.
Das Haus liegt traumhaft auf einem Hügel mit schönem Blick zum Meer. Die Ausstattung des Hauses ist sehr hochwertig. In der Küche gibt es alles was man braucht, von hochwertigem Porzellan bis hin zur Spülmaschine, Mikrowelle, Espressomaschine etc. Die Betten sind sehr bequem. Alle Bäder sind sehr hochwertig und geschmackvoll gestaltet. Die Heizungen und Klimaanlagen sowie der Kamin machen auch den Aufenthalt im Winter sehr angenehm. Tavira hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Insgesamt ein super Urlaub!

Wonderful location and a fabulous villa
We have visited Portugal for moren than 15 years and this is the best location in the Algarve. The villa is modern and spacious. Modern kitchen and bathrooms with all facilities. The lounge has satellite TV with 100`s of channels - ideal when you just want a night in.
This villa is imaculate, ultra clean, with all the facilities you could require.
The pool area was fantastic and there were plenty of sunbeds for everyone.

Excellent Golf Holiday
We had a great holiday and got home safely - the villa was great and spent a lot of time in and around the pool helped by the great weather!
Golf at Monte Rei was fantastic and we would highly recommend it.
