Nothing really, but location was in old town

everything, wifi was not working, renovation during night time, could not sleep at all. The breakfast was pretty bad, as they don't understand what is Vegetarian

This hotel is old, older than other hotels in Luxor. Staff was friendly, but sometimes they were insistent, We don’t like it, it’s fell like harassment. Pool was dirty, but if you need to spend one night in Luxor, this hotel is for you. We were only 3 guest in entirely hotel. But price was cheapest.

We pay 30 usd for 3 persons, it was fair. We just wanted to spend one night.

We changed room 3 times because it was so dirty. On the top they asked us for tips. STAY AWAY

Very old hotel with very old furniture ready to broke. The room was very dirty. The bed sheets had hair on them. The bathroom was disgusting. It had spots of poo on the toilet. Very bad experience

Decent rooms and breakfast. Very clean - all in all decent value for money.

Reception/management being pushy and constantly trying to sell us balloon trips and all kinds of tours and taxis.

We liked that the hotel is in the heart of city and Karnak temple , Nile are close by. The hotel is situated in the midst of hustle bustle which we wanted to experience. The hotel host Abdullah and his dad are very friendly , helpful and also changed our room to have a city view instead of swimming pool view. We had booked also West Bank/East bank tour with them and also Felucca sailing to banana island . All the tours were very nice and enjoyable .

The only downside was that the room was a bit cold since it was winter time when we stayed. But Abdullah helped us by providing extra blankets and also that made our stay warm.

the management is very friendly and welcoming. they could help you with arranging all activities in luxor. internet is fine, breakfast tasty and quite a warmup

Good location to explore the East Bank temple and Luxor Museum. Owner is very helpful arranging additional excursions to Valley of the Kings plus many more

It was OK, we received a nice welcome and the last day we had the chance to stay in the lobby until the time for our train was close at night.

People in Egypt are kind, though they are really pushy, the staff members, at check out, forced us to write a review and give them 5 stars, they even took the cellphones from us to do it themselves. Luckily, the review wasn't available at the moment at Booking. They also were too pushy trying to sell us many tours and a balloon trip.

The bed was comfortable. The water in the shower was hot. The tv worked OK. There was a balcony and a fridge in the room.

First thing when we walked in the door they jumped on us telling us about excursions. We just had a 10 hour journey and was not in the mood to be harassed. I told him about the trips I had already booked and he asked me the prices, when I told him he called me a liar. The room was OK, but there was only 1 bath towel for 2 of us and no top sheet on the bed. There was no remote for the air conditioning. When we went to leave to go to dinner another member of staff tried to sell us trips, and was talking for so long until we got fed up and left. The breakfast was small and wasn't very filling. Omelette, 1 cheese triangle, small bowl of beans, 1 pack of jam, couple of slices of cucumber and tomato and a very small amount of bread. Small cup of tea. Staff serving breakfast was not very cheerful and seemed like an effort to serve us. Will never go back there.

staff was friendly and helpful. they gave blankets and toiletries when asked. clean room. ac in the room. pool was clean and nice. balcony was nice. very close to train station, Luxor temple, not far from karnak. very great value.

pillows too big and too firm. one person got sick the morning of the hot air balloon and they weren’t willing to refund her at all, even partially. breakfast was eh.

We only booked a hotel room in order to leave our luggage for the day, as there are no lockers in the train station. The staff was polite. The owner helped us book a driver last minute. We needed a driver for the day in Luxor as our train arrived late in the city and our schedule changed.

Staff is great and trying to do the best. But many things is old and need to be replaced

Bathroom, super small towels, breakfast is so poor.
