It's location. Across from lake. Lovely and warm. Clean. Had all that was needed..
The host was very accommodating. Fire was lit when we arrived...

The view made it one of the nicest places I ever stayed in...the house was spotless and the fire was lighting when we arrived on a wet day...the house was clean with everything we could need supplied. The children loved the place so much so our youngest didn't wanna leave. Dave and Kathleen set out instructions on how to use everything in the house making it an easy transition. Dave couldn't have been more helpful either thank you so much

Enjoyed our stay at Lough Fee

Great location, stunning view and scenery . Our host Dave was very welcoming and so helpful,such a lovely man and his wife left a welcome cake for us, very thoughtful. The house was very clean, with everything we needed, we had a wonderful time in Lough Fee, we look forward to returning.

The view was the best asset
We didn't like the fact we had to pay extra fees at the end of our stay (electricity and gaz). It was mentioned nowhere on booking.com or made obvious once on arrival. Also no one welcomed us, which we don't mind until such issues arise. We shared our feelings with the owners but no empathy was shown. During our stay we asked for wood (to put in the chimney because no more wood was left) but we had no answers and had to use the heaters.. Anyways, apparently it isn't the first time it has happened, so I WOULD LIKE TO INFORM EVERYONE about theses additional fees that are never a good surprise during holidays.

Stunning location in Connemara. Close to two beautiful beaches. House was spotless and so comfortable. The view of Lough Fee from the house is breathtaking. Bathrooms in the house are like new, hotel standard. We will be back to stay again.
We were happy with everything.
