the property is clean. there are towels and slippers. the bathroom is clean and big. the administration is very helpful. the administrator called us and supported us on finding the hostel. the hostel is on the Main Street of Plovdiv-great location for going out and enjoying the night life.

The hostel write on booking that guests enjoy the view while sitting in a big balcony and put a pic of that with some guests sitting but i didnt see this balcony or sat on it ...the owner chose the worst room with a small window on the top of the room so i couldnt look from it to see the street

Most of all I liked the location - right on the main drag. Another thing I liked was the balcony of my room. The hostel offers decent accomodation. For a night or two, it's absolutely OK. For this little money, you can't expect a 5-star hotel.

The room wasn't very clean. It was not filthy, but you could see it hasn't been cleaned after the previous guest. And there was dust and hairs in the wardrobe.

The location was amazing.

The whole hostel smelled like cigarettes including the bedding underwear. The floor and the furniture were dirty.

Basic, convenient centrally located. No frills accommodation will suit budget or emergency ..

Just a bit difficult to find as most buildings in this busy street are unnumbered... .can be very lively and noisy at the weekend....Hostel is on the 4th floor at top of steep staircase...As Plovdiv has become much busier over the years ,some visitors might be better to research other quieter locations, but getting to your destination may be difficult due to variability of public transport.. The Central Bus Station desk did not know about the Airport Shuttle bus...

Excellent location. Balcony view of old town (my room - single). Terrace for smoking - relaxation. Fair price for reasonable condition.

It's quite a hostel; maybe a old style low rate hotel - NO common kitchen, tv, fridge, almost nothing just a bathroom for 5-6 rooms. Noise isolation is missing- you hear neighbouring doors openings/closing. Cleaning of the room/bathroom is poor.

Simple accommodations, but central to everything in Plovdiv. No hassle check in.

Up four flights of stairs. No elevator

On the main pedestrian street. Totally central and very quiet. Large common bathroom with a beautifully functioning shower and all the hot water you need.

Definitely the room needs heavy curtains! There's too much light in the morning, at least in this period. And a bedside lamp.

Perfect location at the city centre. The staff is very helpful, welcoming and cheerful, would do anything to make your stay comfortable.

Location was absolutely amazing, room had everything required for a comfortable stay and the balcony was a great bonus. Most memorable thing about my stay is how wonderfully helpful the owner/manager was - not only did he meet my taxi in order to escort me to the property (as property is in pedestrian area), due to monetary issue on my part he not only let me stay the night without having any kind of payment but also took me out the following morning, showed me cash points/exchange bureau and then bought me coffee and pointed out various interesting areas to visit. After all of this he even allowed me to keep my room until evening on the last day as I had a late flight. X

Whole trip to Plovdiv was excellent and although there wasn't anything I particularly disliked it's worth mentioning that the accommodation is on the top/4th floor of the building that has no lift. I know this is common in many of these countries and I usually remember to ask before booking as I am actually disabled due to neurological disorders. I managed fine albeit slowly to reach the accommodation as the stairs are thankfully wide and sturdy with a good handrail.
