Situato in una zona tranquilla, non trascurato, in un grande parco di 3700m2 con alberi La terrazza di 200m2 (esposta a sud), intorno alla piscina riscaldata (5x12m) (dal 20 maggio al 15 settembre 2018) e sicura, di fronte la master suite, arredata con ombrellone, sdraio e braciere, è un posto per prendere il sole, leggere un buon libro, giocare con i bambini (tranpoline, gabbia da calcio, canestro da basket, tavolo da ping pong, biciclette) o cena la sera immerso nella natura (angolo cottura esterno con grande tavolo per 14 persone, salone, barbecue, plancha).
Ampio parcheggio completamente stabile e sicuro.
La nostra casa vacanza è particolarmente confortevole. Gli elettrodomestici sono nuovi (lavatrice, asciugatrice, lavastoviglie, frigo-congelatore).
Il soggiorno consente a 10 persone di cenare attorno a un grande tavolo o chattare nel soggiorno.
La cucina è completamente attrezzata con lavastoviglie, cappa, frigorifero e congelatore.
Le 4 camere da letto, 2 bagni e 2 bagni sono distribuiti come segue:
2 camere da letto (con letto matrimoniale) con bagno con cabina doccia e 1 WC separato. Le 2 camere da letto e il bagno si trovano sul lato piscina (lato sud), uno dei quali dispone di TV e accesso diretto alla piscina
2 camere da letto: la prima ha un letto matrimoniale; la seconda: un letto matrimoniale e 2 letti a castello (ideali per i bambini) queste due camere sono lontane dalle prime 2.
Hanno un bagno con lavabo e WC
Per i bambini molto piccoli troverai un seggiolone, una culla pieghevole, uno sterilizzatore. Viviamo in loco per mantenere la piscina e il parco. i nostri ingressi sono separati, solo la lavanderia esterna e il parcheggio sono in comune. non ci vedrai durante il tuo soggiorno a meno che non ci chiami per la gestione via sms

All in all a wonderful vacation. Nice location.all you need there or after a short question quickly delivered.

Firstly, Philippe and Chantal are one in a million. They could not have been better hosts. So helpful and responsive. Villa was beautiful with AMAZING outside space. Close to shops and also the lake and beach. We simply loved it.

This property was everything we could have wanted for a holiday and more. It catered well for all members of our party from a 2 year old child up to OAP's.
Philippe and Chantal were the perfect hosts, hardly ever seen but always there when we needed them.
Lots of amenities in the local area.
We can't recommend this property highly enough and we'll certainly be looking at rebooking for next year.

Mr et Mme Mathieu . Des gens adorables, aimables , réactifs, posés, discrets !! Des personnes qui nous correspondent totalement. Le même mode de vie ! Nous pourrions très vite devenir des amis fidèles !!! Juste petit bémol sur la location, bien précisée que les propriétaires habitent juste au dessus et non à proximité comme indiqué dans l’annonce . Et très sincèrement mettre la climatisation dans la location…. Pour nous indispensable !! Banquette de salon à revoir pour le confort ainsi que l’assise du salon extérieur qui date un peu .. sinon séjour au top , avec des propriétaires encore une fois « ADORABLES « !! Des personnes de valeur et très très attachantes . Merci Philippe et Chantal ! On reviendra avec plaisir. Steph et lionel .

Zeer sterk aanbevolen voor jonge kinderen
Alles prima in orde, vriendelijke eigenaars, winkels op loopafstand. Biscarrosse plage op 10 min. met auto, heel gezellige kuststad. Misschien één minpuntje is de Wi-Fi wanneer hij gebruikt wordt door verschillende gasten samen. We hebben een heel fijn verblijf gehad.

La maison est extrêmement bien conçue, agencée et équipée, on se sent tout de suite comme à la maison, voire mieux, il ne reste qu'à poser les valises et passer de très bonnes vacances!
La maison est grande et les extérieurs aménagés autour de la grande piscine chauffée sont très agréables à vivre (cuisine extérieure, table de repas et salon détente)
le jardin est très bien entretenu, vaste, avec un terrain de pétanque, table ping pong, parking voitures et vélos...rien ne manque
Chantal et Philippe nous ont accueillis avec beaucoup de gentillesse, de convivialité. Merci encore pour vos délicates attentions et de nous avoir permis de passer de merveilleuses vacances entre amis dans votre maison et votre région

Très bonne adresse
Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour dans cette maison très bien équipée, d'une propreté irréprochable, et dotée d'un jardin très bien entretenu. Elle est idéale pour les familles tant au niveau des activités (piscine, toboggan, balançoires, trampoline, terrain de pétanque ....) que de la sécurité des jeunes enfants (pas d'escalier, espace clos, volet roulant pour la piscine). Nous avons été chaleureusement accueillis par les propriétaires qui, bien que résidant à l'étage, se sont montrés très discrets. Bref, nous ne pouvons que recommander cette location.

Our stay at Biscarrosse
We are 4 adults and 2 17 year old daughters and we stayed for 10 days from 18th August.
The house is perfect in every way, it has a fantastic outdoor space with heated swimming pool and barcaque area and ample outside seating. The accommodation internally is well set out meaning 2 families sharing is easy. From the moment we arrived to our time of departure Philippe and Chantal were the perfect hosts without being intrusive. Lovely touches like a bottle of wine and sweets on arrival, tea, coffee and other necessities provided. We asked if there were any inflatables and the next they went out and bought some, nothing was an inconvenience for them.
If you like walking and cycling there are some great trails between the lakes and the sea. Otherwise you need a car. We played golf at Biscarrosse Golf which has a 9 and 18 hole course. There is also a fantastic restaurant there. There is a good Italian restaurant nearby and it's hand for the supermarket and a couple of bakeries.
Thank you again Phillipe and Chantal for letting us stay in your wonderful home.

Fabulous property
We had an amazing week at this comfortable villa. The outside space is amazing and Philippe and Chantel were charming and helpful hosts. The villa is well presented and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. We had a lovely, relaxing week by the pool. It was great to be able to walk to the shops in the morning to collect fresh bread and croissants. We want to come back!

As our French is not the best, Philippe even booked a very nice restaurant for us. We thoroughly recommend this property for a great family holiday.

Een fantastische vakantie. Een zeer mooi huis met alle comfort. Alles is aanwezig. Veel ruimte voor de kinderen om te spelen: voetbal, basketbal, tafeltennis en natuurlijk het mooie zwembad. Heel aangenaam zijn de mogelijkheden rond het zwembad om te koken en te relaxen. Zeer rustig gelegen, winkels op wandelafstand.
Er zijn ook veel mogelijkheden om te bezoeken in de omgeving. Fietsen, wandelen, de kust, Dune du Pilat, de meren, Le Teich,....
En als laatste : Supervriendelijke en behulpzame eigenaars. Philippe en Chantal : een dikke bedankt!

A fantastic holiday. A very nice house with every comfort. Everything is present. Plenty of room for the kids to play: football, basketball, table tennis and of course the beautiful swimming pool. The options for cooking and relaxing around the pool are very pleasant. Very quiet location, shops within walking distance.
There are also many opportunities to visit in the area. Cycling, hiking, the coast, Dune du Pilat, the lakes, Le Teich, ....
And last: Super friendly and helpful owners. Philippe and Chantal: a big thank you!

Des vacances fantastiques. Une très belle maison avec tout le confort. Tout est présent. Beaucoup d’espace pour les enfants: football, basketball, tennis de table et bien sûr la belle piscine. Les options pour cuisiner et se détendre autour de la piscine sont très agréables. Endroit très calme, commerces à distance de marche.
Il existe également de nombreuses possibilités de visite dans la région. Vélo, randonnée, côte, Dune du Pilat, lacs, Le Teich, ....
Et dernier: super propriétaires sympathiques et serviables. Phillippe et Chantal: un grand merci!

Ein wunderschöner Urlaub!
Wir haben in Philippe und Chantals Unterkunft 2 herrliche Wochen verlebt. Wir waren 2 Familien mit insgesamt 4 Kindern. Jede Familie hatte ihren eigenen „Trakt“. Dazwischen befand sich eine toll ausgestattete Küche und ein gemütliches Wohnzimmer, das zum Verweilen einlud.
Der Pool war groß, sehr sauber (Philippe hat ihn täglich gereinigt) und beheizt. Sehr praktisch war, dass man ihn komplett verschließen konnte, wenn die Kinder (teils Nichtschwimmer) nur draußen gespielt haben. Zusätzlich liegt der Pool windgeschützt und man kann baden, auch wenn das Wetter mal nicht so schön war.
Für die Kinder war der riesige Garten mit Kletterbäumen, Trampolin, Tischtennisplatte.. ein Traum.
Die Kommunikation mit den Vermietern, die über uns wohnten war außerordentlich nett. Sie waren immer hilfsbereit, wenn man sie brauchte und sonst eigentlich nicht zu sehen.
Wir überlegen jetzt schon, wann wir wieder zu ihnen reisen.

Excellent family trip for May Half term
Fab house in a great location. Sandy lake beach very close with a thrilling waterpark. Safe shallow water for children. Beach 20mins away with big white water. Loved the surfing here. Dune de Pyla short drive away and totally recommend. High ropes at the beach and lots of cycle paths. Too much to do for a week. Not to mention the house with it's warm stunning pool, football, basketball and trampoline. We had a great time and thanks to Philippe and Chantal for hosting us (plus saving us on the last day by jump starting our car with a flat battery) We hope to return.

The owners of this place are delightful. A couple of days before arrival their service was perfect and such piece of mind knowing they are there to offer you help. Lovely welcome on arrival Even better service helping blow up our large inflatables!!! The villa is an excellent find and the best outside space. Large lounge area. Excellent bbq and hot plate , fridge with ice machine all in one space. Safe for the kids and not overlooked. The villa inside is also beautifully finished and spotlessly clean. Location is great we visited the lagoon ten mins away which was Beautiful. Didn’t venture out too much as we just wanted to relax and let the kids have fun. Basket ball, table tennis and large garden for football. Just a perfect villa in a nice location with great service from Chantal and Philippe. Thank you so much

Die Eigentümer sind sehr nett. Die Einrichtung ist sehr modern und sehr sauber.
Das Haus hat einen wunderbaren großen Pool. Zudem gibt es einen Außenküchenbereich mit Grill, Plancha und Kühlschrank.
Auch das Außengelände ist sehr großzügig. Es gibt eine Tischtennisplatte, einen Basketballkorb, ein Minitrampolin.
Der Innenbereich ist sehr modern eingerichtet und bietet Platz für 8 bis 9 Personen.
Wir werden gerne wieder dorthin fahren.

Wonderful property for a family holiday
A modern and well equipped house, with plenty of outside grounds to keep the children entertained - not to mention a big pool with comfortable outside seating and cooking area. The owner was very friendly and accommodating to our needs. Overall a highly recommended property and we would love to go back one day.
