Great location to everything, the marina, beach, restaurants, shopping. Quaint, clean, studio, with all kitchen necessities to cook. Ample space to store clothes etc. Nice deck with view of marina. Staff was very nice and accommodating.

Wifi slowed for a bit, but then picked up. Bed needs to not screech so much.

TV channels a bit snowy. Older dated place but great value and serves purpose.

The location is great. Our balcony overlooked the marina. There is a small supermarket nearby. The room is quiet. The kitchen is well equipped. An unusual bed, "in the closet".

Very weak Wi-Fi. He wasn't in our room at all, we had to connect to the next room. Contacting the administrator did not help - the Internet remained very weak all days, which interfered with the normal operation of all devices.

Great location and view.

The location of this condo is superlative - view out over the Marina, and an easy walk to do everything in the tourist district. When we went fishing the first morning we had only to walk around the Marina embarcadero to meet the boat captain. Several excellent restaurants are on the Marina itself, as well as tourist shopping, and the bars and nightlife are easy walking distance (10-20 minutes) as well. We mostly prepared meals at home, and it was nice to sit out on the balcony in the evening at sunset and watch all the boats and tourists coming back in from a day on the water, as well as watch and listen as the day of fishing and sun became an evening of dining and music.

I think every guest has slightly different expectations, so this is always hard. For ourselves, a better BBQ on the balcony would have suited - we caught fish our first day out and prepared it every evening the rest of our stay, but the old Weber style tin dome wasn't very functional, so instead of messing with it we broiled, poached and baked instead. Overall though, we would be likely to return to this unit.
