The location was brilliant . 15 mins walk to city centre. Small Kitchenette, which was great in the morning to start ur day with breakfast. Kettle,toaster, etc Lots of Pubs,Bars,restaurants nearby. Nice little pub next door Prefect apartment for a city break stay. One or two days Judith (our host) checked in with us during our stay via email and offered to arrange a taxi for us to the airport the morning we left. Trams and metro across the road

Stairs up to the apartment were very steep . If u have any mobility issues, then this apartment is not for u. Stain on duvet cover.. A note in the apartment said A/C won't work properly if the windows are not closed, but we couldn't close the window as the remote control was not working.

the narrow /steep stairs and the communal hallway didn’t smell very nice. the bathroom could do with updating / a more powerful shower which would have bothered us if we stayed more than 2 nights

Location in downtown Amsterdam, comfy bed, good lighting, clean. Good value for money.

Stairs are very steep and narrow (not an issue for people who travel lightly, but tricky for big or heavy suitcases). The window doesn't open far enough to get good ventilation, and AC is turned off during our stay. There was no microwave or oven, but we ended up not needing it anyway.

The apartment is tiny but clean and neat, the position is very tactical and the metro and the tram are very close. The central station is far 20min walking, same for the museums area or Jordaan. Very close to the apartment are the Opera and Ballet theatre, the Botanical gardens, and the Hermitage Museum. Rembrandt house is also pretty close but it was closed at the moment, unfortunately. We'd love to go back!

Fantastic location on Amstel. Minutes from Waterlooplein metro and trams and very close to the opera House. Comfortable bed. Facilities to cook and eat - microwave and kettle and basic food preparation equipment. Good fridge. Dishwasher. Nice and quiet. Good access directions. Owner lives on site and is friendly but unobtrusive.

Just be aware that -typically for Amsterdam- the stairs are very steep and would not be suitable for those with limited mobility. I would have liked to be able to open windows more than was permitted. There is art work that wasn't to my taste - but others might love!

The apartment was in a brilliant location with minimal noise.

The bed sheets were dirty on arrival. There was one pillow each. The room had some wierd explicit photos.

Location! Location! Location! Easy to find and get to from the trains.

Not much we didn’t like, however as others have mentioned, the stairs could be a challenge for some. Cumbersome to navigate if you have large, heavy luggage. We were not told about scaffolding in front of the entrance which added an additional challenge, but we managed.

The apartment was in a fantastic location, despite it being such a compact space, it was more then enough room for the two of us.

The apartment was clean but it definitely could do with a good deep clean.

Everything you need you will find in this cozy place in the core of the city Judith has been very helpful with us during all our stay in the apartment, included a free late chech out. Very appreciate!!

Stairs to climb to get in the apartment... But that's an Amsterdam feature in most of the places.

The Location couldn’t have been better!!The host is very responsive with quick message replies.

it was very claustrophobic and stuffy, photos make it look bigger than it is. The only window that would open was a tiny one high up. there was aircon in the property but it is an additional charge to use! There was no ventilation and there was a sewage smell coming from the bathroom.

The location was perfect. Very close to the Metro and restaurants. The owner, Judith was awesome.

As in all older buildings, the stairs to the room were very steep. I would stay here again but, I would bring smaller suitcases for my stay.

The location was so perfect. Close to everything but not to turisted that you felt trapped inside like a hotel room.

mabye the cleaning inside the shower corner was not top noch but it didn't matter that much. I usually like the host not being there to much but it would still have been nice to see the person just once to feel exstra welcome.

Judith was very friendly and helpful and even gave us some restaurant recommendations. The location is well situated to explore the city.

This property is located in the center of the city, close to all tourist attractions. For this reason, all objectives can be reached in 10-30 minutes of walking. The property provides important facilities: air conditioning, a big fridge and kettle.

Very central, great walking distance and close to the metro. The host is also very lovely and she was very helpful!

Judith was a great host, always concerned with us having a great stay in Amsterdam. The location of the apartment is the best. And it is small, but you have everything you need.

Location is great and the host is super nice. As a studio it has all elements you need to enjoy of a comfortable stay. Fresh flowers at our arrival, early check in and late check out were possible, which of course we valued a lot. Permanent communication with the owner and even a warm croissant on the first day. Really nice details.

Because the windows can’t be opened it’s not a great choice if you suffer from claustrophobia, host explained this is for security purposes which is great. On the other hand the view is not so exciting, but this was clear from the pictures. So what you see is what you get.

The owner was very helpful and nice

Bed was a little bit soft, but it's a matter of taste.
