It has a beautiful view from the balcony. The place is very spacious . Very appropriate for the beach. The patio brings in a beautiful breeze. The maids who cleaned are very helpful . 11th floor , so you get a prime view of the sun set and board walk at night . It’s nice that we were able to park our car in front of the building on the side of the road . The beach was accessible right outside the front door. We only paid 10 pounds per person which includes the chair and an umbrella . No other extra fees. The house was decently cleaned before we came in. Bathroom was spacious. The host of the property was so kind. Communicated efficiently with us all the time . Sent us a lot of helpful info when we first checked in that was very useful. Internet was strong . Host offered other apartments for comfort, was very kind.

Water pressure was a bit low , hard to get the sand off with low pressure . But that’s expected with beach homes all over the coast. Power cut off for about an hour and a half in the evening . But realized that was the entire coast line, I guess it’s daily. The beach it’s self wasn’t the cleanest. Not sure if it’s like that everyday . But that has nothing to do with the apartment. Apartment could be maintained a bit better to keep the spiders, bugs, lizards, and cobwebs cleared. I’m assuming lizards and other things sneak in from patios and front door .

Host was very pleasant and eager to help, the main redeeming factor of the stay. The price was very good and represents some value for money. It is close to the main streets/hub of Agamy which was amazing to experience on a Friday night. Not too far from Alexandria, about 30-40 mins Uber which cost around 120EGP.

Unfortunately it was hard to stay positive during the stay. The apartment had an awful smell, which may have been coming from the adjacent apartment which was full of trash and run down. Right outside the window was some sort of concert/event happening (loud bassy music, guy shouting in a microphone), which began at 11pm and was still going at 5AM! We had next to no sleep. It was disingenuous of the host not to mention this could be a possibility, and the windows offered little sound protection. Only 1 fan of 3 worked. No towels or blanket/duvet sheet provided. Checking-in took over 20 minutes and was more complicated than it needed it to be. The wifi did not work whatsoever, and reception was bad. The beach which the host highly recommended was very disappointing - trash everywhere (a literal diaper under our chair) and water quality very poor. Host arranged to help us use the beach by having someone show us which was nice, but the guy who came charged us twice the price the host told us. Overall we can handle one or two not so nice things, but all of them together made it an unpleasant stay. What's more, although the host was nice to us but it felt like he was making up for how bad the stay actually is - he should manage expectations better.

Not a good Neighbourhood.. The place dont have a terrace.. as advertised.. the wifi is.. terrible is being nice.. There is only 1 AC in the living room.. Honestly..the place is disappointing.. there is barely sope and dishes.. not even a hand towel.

A really lovely apartment with fantastic view of the sea. Beach just outside and it really beautiful. Shops and lovely cafes also just a walk away. The apartment was very clean and had a full working kitchen and food furnishings.
